Gene was amazing. I went under contract on Friday afternoon and he was there on Saturday for the inspection. He was very thorough in his inspection, enough for us to know that was not the house for us due to the poor condition of many things. So, we went under contact again, on Tuesday morning on another house, and he was there that afternoon! He was again very thorough and knowledgeable. Chris inspected 3 houses for us before we found the right fit for us. Each report was extremely detailed and easy to understand. I believe that his inspections are probably as thorough as anyone's out there inspecting home. He calls you back when he says he will. He shows up when he says he will and my realtor told me she's going to start using this inspector as often as possible because it made her job easier when we were negotiating repairs from the seller. I hired Dragonfly Inspections to inspect a house we were considering purchasing. I am so glad I did. Chris was very thorough and did a fantastic job from beginning to end. I've dealt with two home inspectors in the last week: one buying a home and one selling. Dragonfly is light years ahead of the other guy. They found a spring on the side of my house from a puddle that will cost $4000 to fix because it presents a drainage problem that will eventually effect the foundation.
