I checked in 1 hr before my 3pm appointment and was advised about 1.5hr, if someone's late for their appointment they will just slot me in. Right at 3:30 I did get my call to pick up my keys. Here is the tragic moment, I was 3rd or 4th in line to pick up my keys...and it took 35min for me to get to the service desk, behind me was a queue of 8-10 people. For some reason they only had two people assisting customers and the two people were running every customer in order that they arrive except if you had an appointment to drop off you could skip the queue. I hope this location considers changing up priorities, maybe dedicating one person to do the appointment sign up and tire purchase, while the other person is for intake and outgoing customers who simply need to drop off keys or pick up. Then second person can step in and do transactions if no queue. Overall there seems to be a lack of team work behind the counter. My struggle was the time and my senior parent was with me- I would have left my senior parent sitting in the food service area if we knew it would take SO LONG. As a bonus, the shop does note the tread condition for the tires they remove and store in your car so you know how it is and when you need to change it. I got brand new summer tires on May 2, they were able to pull my winter tires off, pull the rim from my summer in my trunk and load it up, balance and the works- and load my winters in- so basically a tire change with my purchase. It's appreciated. My experience may have been also associated with a Saturday visit- I guess if I went on a weekday during business hours my experience might be very different.

He was walking slower than me and I forgot to stop . She yelled and demanded I come back! Then demanded I move stuff in my bag so she could check it. She could have moved it but demanded I do it. It was heavy ! I only had two hands. Like I was a thief. (Big scene) Spent almost $500.00. To spend money on a membership card to have the privilege to shop there, I am not sure I will renew my card membership, when it is time to renew. Never encountered such an upsetting exit before. Yes she has a job to do but that was beyond rude. Otherwise have never had a problem at the Guelph outlet.

Awesome Fire Grate:…read more We purchased one of their fireplace grates about a month ago for our cottage. I looked at many different types before purchasing. The firebox for the cottage fireplace has a rather small physical area. For years and years we had problems with small of amounts of smoke coming back into the cottage, we would open windows, clean the ashes daily etc to improve the air flow. We have used our new fireplace grate from W-D Metalcraft for a week now without a hint of the above problem. We are overjoyed with the sturdiness, the aesthetics and the improved heat.

When we got home, we realized that there were some differences between the one we had just bought and the previous model we had, and so we got confused when it came to setting it up. We called the store, and asked if we could speak to the same sales associate that had helped us (I think his name was Devin?). He proceded to walk us through the set-up on the phone, including looking up our previous model on his computer, in order to see what was different. He stayed on the phone with us and continued to offer guidance as we tried various different troubleshooting methods. He clearly knew the product he had sold us extremely well, as well as other common computer-related issues and how to check and solve them (and how to explain them, with total patience, to those who are much less familiar with this technology!). My mother and I were very grateful for the extra mile he went, in offering his time and assistance, and we wanted to let the store know how much this A+ service was appreciated. Thank you!

The focal points just didn't line up together. In the end, they refused a refund while proclaiming there were no issues with the glasses. I've had many pair of glasses from other retailers and never had an issue. To this day I have not been able to use the glasses and since my benefits are now depleted, I am stuck with my old outdated pair with an outdated prescription, which I will have to endure for another two years....
