Bob did an amazing job troubleshooting my HVAC at a reasonable price with great customer service!…read more HVAC was acting up. Ultimately, it needed a full replacement. It was not under warranty. Quotes were obtained via Yelp from several local HVAC vendors. Original in-person diagnostics was obtained from a large HVAC company, also. They were priced too high and lots of upselling. Bob had a great price and diagnostic service was prompt, which was far superior than the rest. He was swift in ordering the new HVAC unit. He even assisted with the home owners insurance process, as he's a subject matter expert. He personally installed the HVAC with one of his other assistants. It's running smoothly, as we checked heat and cooling. He gave pointers, as well. I highly recommend Bob. Support this small business. Best prices and superb service in the Arlington area. No price gouging here. Just honesty and reliability, at an awesome price.

Driver SAFETY. 4/24/26 License plate: 1GK1695…read more I encountered this driver today who was driving recklessly, aggressively & dangerously. I don't care how good the company is, if the driver is unsafe, they'rere not only unprofessional, they're liable to kill someone! Cars are weapons, whether they're used that way or not!!! This driver s/b fired, and the company needs to put road safety ahead of saving 3 minutes. If the driver kills someone , gets in an accident or gets ticket they'll be later than if they had been safer on the road: This driver had the audacity to nearly hit me and then honk at me. What an a***e! He's lucky I didn't call the police!

I highly recommend Nero Heating & Air. They did an amazing job on my home and truly went above and…read morebeyond what I expected. What really impressed me was that they didn't just come in and install a new system. They actually took the time to look at my entire existing HVAC setup and figure out why I wasn't getting the airflow I should have been getting. They found several issues, corrected them, opened up the system, improved the ductwork, made my returns larger, and massively improved the airflow in my home. They also installed a completely separate system for my upstairs, and I can already tell what a difference having the right setup is going to make. A special shoutout has to go to Rusaan. This guy is top tier. He was professional, knowledgeable, extremely thorough, and clearly takes pride in his work. He didn't rush through the job--he made sure things were done correctly and addressed issues with my existing system that weren't even the main reason they were there. That's what separates Nero from a lot of companies. I didn't feel like they were just trying to sell me equipment. They looked at my house as a whole and figured out what needed to be done to make my HVAC system actually work better. The difference in airflow is night and day. If you're looking for an HVAC company that will actually take the time to diagnose the problem, explain what's going on, and do the job right, I absolutely recommend Nero Heating & Air. Five stars from me. And if you get Rusaan as your installer, you're in excellent hands.

TL;DR: Avoid this company and its owner, Julian, at all costs. His professionalism ends the moment…read morehe gets paid and he tries to charge you for a work that he did not do. If I could give zero stars, I would. Julian at Nero Heating and Air Conditioning gave us one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Before we signed the contract and paid for our new furnace in 2022, he was responsive, attentive, and gave every impression that he cared about earning our business. The moment the payment cleared, it felt like we no longer mattered. Messages went unanswered, conversations became cold and dismissive. 4 years later in 2026, when we called about an issue with blower he had installed, I expected at least a genuine attempt to help. Instead, he arrived with an attitude, spent very little time looking at the system, offered no meaningful diagnosis, fixed nothing, and left. We ended up hiring another HVAC company that quickly found and resolved the problem. Then came the final insult: despite providing no solution and no value, he still wanted to charge us a $75 service fee. We will never use this company again even though they are supposed to provide service under warranty for 10 years, and I would absolutely not recommend them to anyone looking for an HVAC contractor they can rely on after the check has been cashed.

They checked everything over for a *very* reasonable price, and Bob was very clear about what could be done but wasn't worth the expense. I couldn't recommend them more highly. Robb in the office was also very helpful and professional. I should add that I original contacted the installer of my system, AirTron, but they wanted 4 times as much for just the checkup, and they needed to book me two months out rather than the two weeks I got from Sweet Spot. They also insisted that due to how busy they were, they needed to send a checkup technician separate from the technician who can do repairs. Not only does that sound fishy, but if they checkup technician isn't qualified to evaluate possible repairs, then he can't adequately do his job for checkups, can he?? Wow. Don't get ripped off by AirTron - go to Sweet Spot instead!

As a small business owner myself, I can recognize when someone truly values their craft and their clients. Tony from AW HVAC Services came by last year when I thought our freon/coolant was low. He arrived on time, did a full check, and instead of upselling me on something unnecessary, he uncovered a much bigger issue caused by our home warranty company. Turns out our condenser and compressor were completely mismatched in size, which explained why our AC wasn't cooling properly. What really sealed my respect for him was that he refused to charge for the diagnosis. I booked him again to create a detailed report so we can take the home warranty company to SCC. If I ever need more HVAC work, he's definitely my go-to. Friendly, knowledgeable, with excellent reviews online and even small courtesies like closing doors behind him stand out.

The project looked like a simple fix and Tony got my heat up and running. However, the problem came back and I was a bit worried that it would be difficult to get Tony to come back to fix it again. He didn't have the needed part on hand (which i would recommend that he carry in his truck) but it was easy to order on Amazon and had same day shipping so it wasn't a problem. I am very pleased with the service Tony provided and he gave a super detailed report of the work he did on our system. A+
