Robin was made aware he was our first quote and we had several lined up throughout that next week. During that time my husband had emailed all plans we had from our HOA to Robin. On 9/7 we messaged him telling him we'd like to move forward if he could do it for the price we countered with. On Friday the 11th he reached out letting us know he had business in LA and would be very busy over the weekend but that he had questions so to be prepared. On Sunday the 13th I reached out asking for a contract by EOD. He let us know he would have it today the 14th and again he had questions so be prepared to answer them.
