**** WARNING **** ** FRAUD ALERT **…read moreDo not use All Handyman Service! Let me say upfront that Dennis, the handyman that showed up to complete several small house projects, was very good. He contacted me before he showed up, understood what I wanted done, completed the projects to my complete satisfaction (and delight), and was very friendly. The back office operations and employees are a nightmare. And, I might suggest, are borderline fraudsters. They attempted to fraudulently bill me for material that they did not use on any of my projects. And they attempted to way overcharge me for materials they did use. They refused over and over to provide an itemized list of materials that they were billing me for. Then they told me their Accounting department would only provide detail if I paid an "admin" fee, and that they would charge me a late payment fee if I didn't pay before they left the office for the day. After I threaten legal action, their system was miraculously able to produce a material list. More than 2/3 of the listed materials were not needed or used on my projects. Then when I asked what hardware store was used where they purchased the over priced materials, they said they had those materials in their inventory. For "privacy and business purposes" they would not disclose any detail or pricing information on the material in their inventory. Employees Stacy and Ana lied to me over and over. They attempted to commit fraud and when they were caught and questioned about it, they continued to "double down" on the fraud. I happily had already paid for all labor and was just requesting a list of the items used on my project. Ultimately, they removed all material charges from my bill although I was more than happy to pay any and all real material costs. This business is not legitimate. In my case, they attempted to commit fraud multiple times. I have documentation of all correspondence between myself and All Handyman Service should anyone want to verify the substance of this Yelp review. Patrick Carberry Claremont CA *** Update *** I have rock solid documentation and proof that All Handyman Service, out of San Dimas CA, DID attempt to bill for materials not used, needed or purchased and were not honest on MANY occasions throughout this dispute. I would be more than happy to share the documentation with their management. I am not sure it would help resolve anything because it was their management that was dishonest, refused to show an itemized material list, and then, when forced, produced a list that contained materials that were not used or needed or purchased. They also threatened me with late payment charges if I did not pay immediately. I feel sorry for Dennis, their fantastic handyman!

He works efficiently and with a perfection that is appreciated ! We loved his work so well we hired him and his brother Steve to paint our house. He also rebuilt our entire porch and patio with great attention to detail. He was kind enough to work through the holiday season and put in long hours without complaint! He also does an amazing job visualizing paint color relationships as well as what is the best sheen for certain types of wood variations. He did an amazing job reconstructing our step leading into a side door as well! He perfected a color blue/grey and stained our front door to a very attractive color from a dingy old door. He restored a poorly installed gate by welding new pieces of sheet metal, sanding, and painting it to a beautiful gate! He also stained our back fence and also power washed before and after the grounds. His apprentice Steve is a perfectionist and does a perfect job lining every single screw up as well as all of his cuts were done perfectly! He hung lights and did the electrical and did a great job. Incredible sour experience, from fingerprints all over my walls and ceilings to ridiculous excuses…read moreand arguments. Had these guys come in and do my crown molding and many other projects on hand, but had to literally fire them from my house because of their lack of professionalism and simply put carelessness. Being that is a brand new house, didn't bother do be careful when installing the crown molding and leaving fingerprints on both the walls and ceilings, paint stains on the stairs(which happen to be the only area in the house with it), pretty bad cuts and crappy installation(see pictures for yourself) in several areas. Guys were nice through the install but took advantage as well, they'd go from installing the crown on certain sections and skipping others, to painting and ultimately failing to install some ceiling fans. For the fans, they came with what you would call a remote that controlled two lights and a fan separately, he wanted to simply skip it all together and combine them into one etc. Paid the guy $6700, guy had agreed to do it for $5000 and kept all of it not to mention he failed to bring me the missing material to have someone else finish the job he couldn't manage to do. Would never, ever recommend this guy. I'm actually afraid of leaving this review because him and his gangster brother know where I live and might come and beat me up. Shitty job all together, seriously but not nearly as bad as their attitude.
