Okay. So Kayley is the absolute best. I struggle to recommend her because I want her all to myself! Lol. She gives THE best massages and I come here and only here for my pedicures. She really takes her time and makes sure you're comfortable the entire time. The place itself needs some work. It's new, and I know that. The main reception guy is very nice but seems very shy and is soft spoken. They could use a drink menu and just need time to become established. Now. The reason this is a 4 star and not 5 star review is because of my experience as a witness today. A young lady was here before me getting a mani/pedi and she got all finished and then asked the lady that was working on her,"Tammy", what happened to the nail polish color? (There was only a clear coat). Well Mrs. Tammy got SO offended and behaved absolutely ghastly. She was rude and even called this young lady a liar!! Even if she was, that is NOT how you treat a customer that came in early on a Monday morning for a mani/pedi. I could not get over how rude it was and how on the spot that young lady must have felt. It really upset me, and it wasn't even me experiencing it. The young lady told Tammy that she was asking about color several times and even let it go, taking the blame. She said "it was just a miscommunication, I have a mask on. Perhaps she didn't understand me." Just an overall really really bad customer service situation. Great place other than this "Tammy" lady. I had both my hand nails and toe nails done here and within 5 days the nails started to detached (I paid $110 for this), unfortunately I was on a business trip and couldn't go to the place to ask them to fix it, but from the picture you can tell that it was recently done, once I came back from the trip, I called the business but they said that it was too many days that 2-4 days was acceptable. I will not go back there again because the quality is horrible and they don't have a good warranty, I suggest you don't go here either, there are other places that will stand by their service. read more

This establisment has changed owners. I went in for a mani-pedi. Normally I do not get manicures. However when I do, I always get a French shellac. Lily did a fantastic job! She filed my nails into an oval shape which was very pretty. When she did the white, she went back and lined it at the bottom. Usually my nails grow out and there is a clear space showing. Because of her process, my manicure lasted a week longer than my past ones. Another lady did my deluxe pedi at the same time as my mani. She followed my directions precisely. Her leg massage was very relaxing. She was talkative and we engaged in a spirited conversation. While you get serviced, the owner brings you a drink, alcoholic, soda or water. Another thing the nail instruments are sealed. Therefore there's no problem with fungus or germs from previous customers. I've been to many other nail salons in The Woodlands and I can honestly say that this is THE best!! One more thing, they offer a 10% discount EVERY time! Give them a try. Let me start by saying I never review anything. Good or bad, I'm rarely moved to take time out of my schedule to write a review of my experience. Today, however, I experienced the WORST customer service imaginable. If you are thinking about going to Holy Nails, don't! They lack professionalism and will not provide quality service. My experience started well enough. It's a Monday morning. There was only one other customer there. I was seated quickly and Tammy began and completed my pedicure without any hitches. When it came to my manicure, she was extremely rough and painted over my cuticles. She even cut a finger on each hand due to her heavy-handed filing. Additionally, rather than admit that she misunderstood my color request, either due to language barriers or the masks we were both wearing, she placed the blame on me, going as far as calling me a liar in front of the receptionist and other patrons. Every two weeks, I get a pedicure and acrylic full set at a nail shop in The Woodlands. They have recently undergone staff changes, so I thought I'd try somewhere new. All I needed was a basic pedicure, removal of my acrylic replaced by simple gel polish. No one could mess that up, right? Wrong. Though I asked Tammy to see the gel color options several times, she kept assuring me not to worry and that she was only putting on a base coat. I reminded her that I did not want the same red color from my pedicure for my manicure and, once again, she assured me that she understood. She did not. For minutes later, she "finished" and I still had clear finger tips. I am not upset by the misunderstanding. It was simply that. Largely due, as I mentioned, to lack of English language fluency or this whole mask thing. What I'm FURIOUS about is her response. She yelled. She spoke rapidly and loudly to other associates in her mother tongue, clearly about me, and called me a liar in front of other patrons as I calmly explained the situation to the receptionist. Tammy needs to learn how to properly service others, as long as this is her chosen profession. Management needs to better train their staff on how to service patrons and humbly accept responsibility for their own actions. If that is too much to ask in a business of SERVICE, I suggest they choose another fiscal endeavor. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT go to Holy Nails expecting quality service or competent staff. I ended up back in The Woodlands this afternoon to get a gel polish change, where I should have went all along. I give this establishment 1 star, only because there aren't any lower options. read more

I really didn't want to write this because everyone was very nice at this salon but I am extremely disappointed with the experience. I just moved to the area and I thought I should try out this nail salon since I live right down the road from it. I came here to get my nails done for birthday because the pictures on the reviews looked very nice and I thought they would be able to achieve the simple design I wanted, so I gave them a chance. I typically don't get designs on my nails but I wanted to try something different for my birthday. Everything started off great- the nice lady that started my nails made it seem like she understood what I wanted. (I just wanted the design on 1 nail unlike picture but other then that I wanted everything else the same. Color, shape etc.) I'm unsure if the woman was training or was I was asking for something too difficult but about an hour into the session another lady noticed my nails were off (bubbly cuticles and not flush with my nails). I'm not a nail professional so usually when I get my nails done I trust the process and let them do their thing so at that point I didn't notice until 2 different women started working on my nails and trying to fix them. I really do appreciate them trying to make them better and the lady that did the design on my middle finger looks good but she could not go back and fix the middle finger color that was already green from the previous lady. Aside from me spending over 2 hours there and not getting the nails I wanted, 3 of my cuticles got cut and were bleeding when I left (you can see in the photo in review). I understand things happen and I feel bad leaving this review because everyone was really nice but I get so upset every-time I look at them. Im only posting this to make others aware and for the business to improve from their mistakes. In the future, i would want to be told if a nail tech is unable to achieve the asked design so I can either see if another nail tech is available do it or pick something else that is more doable. read more

The employees are very pushy to have you buy the higher priced packages. I paid for 2 $45 treatments and one $68. Plus 20% tip. It was suppose to be 3 - $45 pedi's. Must have said 4 times choose from 4,5,6 package. We said infatically no number 2. Always check your receipt. A lot of people dont take a receipt. I dont trust them. read more

Took my grandma in for basics pedicures and a shellac nail service. Tommy did her nails and toes and did such a nice job. All the nail techs were very kind and made sure to tell us about the specials like 50% off for their grand opening. Under new management this place seems very nice and could be a place I would go to regularly. Could still use some renovations on the inside, but overall the atmosphere was good. Only issue was that the front desk worker said that we could get in right away but she did not pay attention to another appointment. Half way through my grandmother's pedicure, her nail tech had to stop to start the other appointment. It was not a big deal to me as I told Tommy who was originally doing my toes to finish my grandma's. That way I got a longer time to get a nice massage in the chair!
