Initially he kept saying he would set up shipment and I shouldn't worry, but then he went silent and stopped replying to my emails and voicemails. I got through once and was told "I'll call you back in just one minute" but he did not call back. I was stuck with a car that got delayed for over a month. What they do is give you a quote they don't necessarily intend to honor, then check to see if someone else can do the job for less and they pocket the difference. If not, then they just ghost you. You'd be better off going with the actual shipper, or on a service where they will hold shippers to their bids. Bottom line, they are time wasters and can't be trusted.

These movers came to my house but parked in front of the wrong house…read more I asked that they turn the truck around and park in front of my house instead, as I knew my neighbors usually parked in the street. Instead of simply turning around and moving (which would take a maximum of 3 minutes), they left. I waited outside in the rain for them thinking they were going to turn around the block, but when we called, they said they didn't want our business. I understand there might have been a miscommunication, but they were rude and inconsiderate. I am grateful that we were able to get in touch with movinghelp, as they were able to rebook us, but this caused undue stress and tension in an already stressful situation.

They threatened to unload the contents of the pods and leave contents on the street if they were not given the payment code from uhaul.
