We had no running lights on our RV trailer, so we called him out to the campground. After spending…read morea fair amount of time testing everything, he could not find any problem with the trailer wires and said he did not know what was causing the problem. He said the 7-way trailer plug was working, but anyway he painstackingly went ahead and put wire connectors on each of the seven wires without asking me, even though it didn't really need it and would not solve the problem. This gave him more time to charge by the hour in addition to the charge for just coming out. He was then going to leave. It was not until I told him that I had lately installed my spare tire under my pickup and thought maybe I pulled a wire loose that he looked around and found a loose wire that was causing the problem. It took a few minutes to find the wire and to reconnect it. My bill at the end is $432.78. I wish I had thought of looking under my pickup and finding the broken wire myself sooner.

Don was quick to get me in, and then out, and the job was done right - and VERY timely. He reminded me of my long-time mechanic from when I lived in South Florida. In fact, the two could almost be twins. It's a little further in distance than I usually go - in fact, I can walk to my 'regular' guy - but I highly suggest Don and the staff at CAC. It is never enjoyable having to get certain repairs done, but if you are going to spend hundreds of dollars for a fix, it's nice to know places exist that will do the job right, and not screw you over trying to upsell and still give great customer service.
