No one called so I called to check on our order. The order could not be found in the system. After three phone calls the owner called me back, I confirmed again we wanted to place the order. He said it would get ordered. I went to the office to pay that week. When I showed up to the office my order could not be located, and the young man was frustrated with me since he could not find it. I showed him all the info I had. Then the office worker Jodie barked at me rudely " well did you confirm the order"? " You need to do that". She sounded put out and irritated. I said yes, I confirmed the order. Turns out it still needed to be ordered. I said after a moment that she did not need to be rude. She said angrily and rudely " well we have been dealing with you for 3 days". I told her I did not want to talk to her anymore. She said, " well aren't you special". I wrote the owner a complaint letter but have not heard back. To date our roofing material has not been delivered and when we called we could not get a definite answer to when it will be in. We told the owner we received infor that it had been delivered. But it has NOT. Still no answers from them. Frustrated, worried unhappy, customer that bought expensive roofing and did not get it.

A woman literally ran up on my wife and rudely stated to leave her bag up front. When stated it has her wallet and such, she was told to take her wallet out. There is no signage stating leave bags up front. All the staff her is amazingly nice but it's such a bummer to hear it's the owner who runs around treating all her customers like thieves. Went to go back a week later the suckers sold it to some other customers!!!!! The nerve they have. They told us we should have come back sooner. We have a 30 day hold! Now they can't get another one for 3 to 4 weeks! So very disappointed with this company! We have spent a lot of money at this company in windows, doors, and flooring! I like the prices on trim, used windows, doors. Some appliances are also a deal. Found a widespread sink (not available thru HD or Lowe's) for a good amount. My biggest gripe was loosing/selling the door we had found with rain glass in it. They didn't even seem concerned. I either had to put a non matching door next to the rain glass side window or spend $1000 to get one to match. I learned my lesson- don't let it happen to you.

She was…read morevery friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job with a "ballpark estimate" so I could see if it was anything I could reasonably afford this year. She was also very helpful in letting me know the area suppliers that they use in case we couldn't find a sample we liked in the showroom. She was super responsive to emails and after my initial measurements I had a quote back same day. Templating/final measurements and install were both scheduled at the same time and the person helping me on that was very friendly. Everything was done in about a month from my initial deposit! The counters look great, the installers were very nice and professional, Travis in the office was a huge help during demo and I'm very pleased with the final outcome. Also, it was the best price around! They had all the major box stores and even Ikea beat. Thanks Tops!

5 times they delivered my island damaged or defective. After their 7th visit to my home (2 times to…read moreinspect), and the 5th piece of quartz, I gave up on them and accepted a defect. Tops should have been checking the product thoroughly before delivery and installation but instead they blamed everyone else. We have more projects but will never use Tops again. They were literally unable to provide an undamaged piece of quartz and they didn't seem to care at all.
