(Even with 15 years experience, I would not attempt this on my own.) I couldn't be more pleased with the results and the overall experience. The salon was clean and comfortable. Everyone was friendly. Sharon did a fantastic job! If she was ever unavailable to book with, I would feel comfortable having the owner Lynn or the other stylist (I didn't catch her name) do my hair as well. Will definitely return for color/cut upkeep!

I was told you could fill the type of gel she uses, but I am scared to think about what they would've looked like if I kept them on. I am so disappointed. My daughter and I have been visiting this local gem since she was an infant. She is now five years…read moreold, and we feel lucky that there is such a caring, calming, professional salon experience available in an area that is not a major city. As a busy, full time working mother of four who is a professor and writer, I cherish my down time. Though I wish I had time for more frequent visits to maintain my nails, Crystal is always accommodating to where I am at in life. Nail sets at this establishment are stunning, strong, and crafted with care. Though most sets would need TLC after a couple weeks, they are able to support my schedule of once a month visits and my nails hold on remarkably well, considering I am also the primary dish washer in my home. I'm always wowed by Crystal's ability to craft intricate designs and art on the tiny nails of a wiggly and precocious five year old, while maintaining a positive and insightful discussion. She has the patience of a saint and a heart of gold. She provides coloring activities and entertainment for children, always willing to make families and young people feel welcome and appreciated. My daughter and I look forward to our nail appointments like we would a holiday celebration or a vacation. Nothing but good vibes and love for this local, family owned business!!!! Crystal is an exceptionally good nail artist and a working professional. The salon staff keep the business impeccably clean, sanitary, and polished. As a bonus, they are kind and caring members of the Coldwater community! They truly make a positive difference.
