I asked if there was a wait, and they told me there was no wait if I came right away. I drove 2.3 miles and arrived in less than 10 minutes, only to find the salon completely full of customers. It's hard to believe that many walk-ins came in during those few minutes. Rather than wait after being told there wasn't one, we took our business across the street to Blue Nail Spa. They were honest about the customers they already had, and despite that, they seated us immediately. I appreciate businesses that value their customers' time and communicate accurately.

They told us there was no wait, and when we arrived, they seated both of us immediately. We came in for two pedicures and a manicure. We chose the Exotic Hot Stone Pedicure, which was very relaxing. The only thing I would have liked was a little more consistent pressure during the massage. Other than that, the experience was excellent. The salon was clean, efficient, and professional. There wasn't a lot of loud chatter among the employees, so it felt calm and relaxing. I felt valued as a customer and never felt like I was just another appointment. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely be back.
