I have been getting my nails done here for years and have never experienced such a poor job. I was placed with a young man that must've still been in training. I was scheduled for a full set and a pedicure. But it took an hour and a half to complete a full set, just white tips and no design. After seeing how bad my nails looked, there was no way I was paying for a pedicure too. Less than a week later, my nails are starting to lift so bad that they catch my hair when I wash it. This place has gone so downhill. Skip it at all costs!

The nail service itself was also just bad. I did a gel manicure, and they ONLY did polish. They left hangnails and did zero shaping. My nails are super jacked, and I'll need to do a lot of shaping on my own. I would've asked for them to fix it, but they double booked my time slot and someone had been waiting 1/2 hour. The two women who did our nails were very friendly and made you feel comfortable. I will say, each beautician had their own supply of nail polish colors and it was disappointing that neither of them had any of the colors we wanted: rose gold, sparkles or dark grey. We settled for more of a mauve & two similar purple colors. They did a decent job and a month later my nails still look pretty good. I do think they need to expand their nail polish options and keep perfecting their craft- but we enjoyed our time there anyway!
