I went in as a natural brunette wanting an all over blonde. Rachel was the hairdresser who did my…read morehair. I ended up with three tones of blonde and patches of my natural color at the roots. Worst part is part of my hair looks orange. ladies please do not let them ruin your hair as they did mine. on top of everything I sat for 2&1/2 hours in a chair and she said maybe 20 words to me the entire time. my daughter went in and saw Courtney. she went in as a natural brunette. she wanted purple hair with black low lights. she was told that she only booked on color. the lady highlighted 8 sections of hair and dies the rest of her hair brown. yes I said that right brown. My daughter came home in tears because it was nothing like she asked for. once again Courtney said maybe 20 words to her after she sat for over an hour. the app they use when paying doesn't give an option to not tip. the lowest it gives is you have to give a 15% tip. Not okay ladies! please save your hair and do not waste your money!

I was in tears and wasn't sure what to do. I ended up at First Impressions. I was scheduled with Lexi. All I can say is thank goodness for that! She agreed it was pretty bad and said she'd never seen hair cut that terrible. My hair was past my shoulders and when I got to her it was right above. She was so kind and took time to listen and really look at my hair to see what she could do. She spent almost two hours fixing this. She tried to keep my length and tried her best to blend it all together. It just wasn't going to happen. I ended up with short hair, but it looked really good. She did such a fabulous job and was so nice about the whole thing. I was able to walk out confident and really ended up liking the style she was able to give me. She is a true gem! I would definitely recommend her and the salon.

They always come out flawless and she has so so so many colors to choose from that are shellac styled. For hair, Hannah is the sweetest and does an excellent job every time. She takes her time at the beginning of every appointment to really talk to me about any changes, what os realistic without causing damage, and gives me her opinion about what she personally think would work for my face when I ask for it. She's so amazing and has cut both my sons and my husbands hair for years! I found her at the Romance Great Clips, then one day she was gone! So we decided to try this one, across from Meijer on westnedge and BOOM she was there! Such a relief! They have this cool product to put in your hair hat my kids LOVE, it's like a gel, but colored, red, green, gold, silver, pink, blue and white! I'm a sucker for product so the Biolage is my absolute favorite, smells amazing and my hair feels super clean! If you catch them on sale they are a super great deal!! I know some people think they need to go to this high end salon, this place may be small, but they seriously have some amazing stylists here !!!
