This line goes along a beautiful landscaped and busy business district. The MacNeal Hospital, Loyola Medical Center is at this stop. So is the Tastee Corner Cafe. Along the way back I felt like stopping at a local bar. It was a good choice. This is a pretty chill place. Has a pretty spacious interior. There's a few slots and plenty of TVs. Prices are good. They always have a few specials. Domestic beers were on special that night. It was $3 a bottle, and they had some other specials. Food is about what you expect. There's burgers, and shareables like the Pretzel. It's $8 for a big ass. The bread soaks up alcohol, so you can hang out here longer and knock back a few more. Good local hangout with better than expected food. It's a nice place if getting back from the zoo and looking for cheaper alternatives to the food they have. The beer is the main thing but try some food including those big ass pretzels.

We weren't supposed to land at O'Hare but due to storms we were delayed to land at Houston and…read moremissed our connecting flight. In rebooking our best bet was to come into ORD. Our flight there was smooth and early!! Except as we waited for taxiing instructions, there was an ill passenger at the gate so we waited about 35 minutes until there was an available gate to go to. In the meantime we missed our connecting flight since we needed to claim our bags, go through customs and then recheck our bags. We politely asked united to find us any flight nearest to where we live. They were great and re rebooked us on an early flight the next day. I'm flying with a painful achy heel and assisted by my walker. I think this was the reason we were able to get discounted vouchers for a hotel! UNITED AIRLINES was very nice, helpful and considerate to us! The morning of our flight we headed to the airport, checked our carry-on, and was misinformed at one security check, then told to go through the wheelchair security check three only to be told to go back to security check one! We explained we were told not to go there but here, she nodded in disapproval but finally let us through. From that point on all was quick and smooth. Fun, fun, fun we got to play musical chairs between gates F 21 and 17 AND our flight was delayed again! We finally got our flight homebound!
