We love Hollywood Feed SO much. The store smells delicious (yes, it really does). I think they have a pumpkin spice scent pumped thru the store. It's a really nice feature. It's also always really clean in there. Once my doggo had an accident on the floor (super embarrassing) and the guy just walked right over with cleaner and some paper towels and took care of it. I felt really bad and offered to do it, but he said it wasn't a problem and jumped right in to take care of it. The staff are always very kind, patient, and helpful here. If you need anything, just ask and they can point you to it or offer suggestions. They even deliver for purchases over a certain amount (check out their website https://www.hollywoodfeed.com/). This has been a really handy and much appreciated feature when we're running out of dogfood but can't get to their store before closing time. They have toys, dogfood (frozen, fresh, and kibble), toys, outfits, snacks, treats. If your doggo has a sensitive tummy, they have options that will work for you. Every time I stop in for my fur baby's needs the ladies always make me feel comfortable to explore and ask as many question as I need. I dropped in today for more food and other necessities, and the few questions I had were kindly answered and the saleswoman seemed confident and she was able to help me choose some new items that I believe will really improve my little guy's health. So far, Hollywood Feed has been the only place I can find the specific food that my dog eats and they have a vast variety. They are like a superstore for all your dog or cat needs! WOW!! I am just absolutely amazed! This place is beautiful, the second we walked in the door we were warmly welcomed and Ody was offered a couple of treats! They had an area for water, as well as coffee for the humans! AND the selection of toys, food, and treats is divine!! A HUGE variety just when it came to treats alone, I can't even begin to list them off. It was such a nice place, the customer service was wonderful! The woman who helped us gave me a complete tour & described about 6 or 7 of the treats to me (since I'm a newbie to the dog treat world). I even voiced my concern at allergies & she guided me accordingly! Ody ended up with 3 duck feet & a sweet potato treat, both of which he devoured and was very excited with! When I walk in there, I just imagine the smell California But This is the closest I'll ever get to Hollywood, because I am not famous . but when I go in there, I feel like my dogs are. Because they are being treated with the most expensive stuff that my dogs need. When I walk in, I smell the scent of dogs. which sounds like a horrible, but if I could, I would make it a candle. We became fosters for some puppies that were found during the winter storm. The girl at Hollywood Feed was so kind and helpful getting together what needed. We thought it would only be two days but it's become five and so we are hoping the precious puppies will find forever homes soon! We frequent this location often. The employees are always friendly, and willing to help. They carry holistic type foods and treats for pets. We come here to buy FROMM dog food for our poodles, and they love it. There's also an awards program you can join to get money off your tenth purchase. I will mention this store is a holistic pet food place, and not a science based pet food store. read more

I typically enjoy shopping at Hollywood feed, however today I purchased a buy two get one free case of cat food. They ended up charging me sales tax on the "free" case of cat food and taking away the 8% discount buying the case. When I contacted customer service they laughed and said this is normal practice. So just be aware that free items are not actually free and they take away bulk discounts when applying another discount. It doesn't seem legal to charge tax on items that were not charged in the transaction. read more

I mostly come in here for raw goats milk for my senior dog. A couple of tablespoons on his food is the only way I can get him to eat. His favorite seems to be the unflavored but he likes the pumpkin and cranberry too. They are so sweet here. It's about 1/2 mile from my house, has close parking and quick check-out. They also have sales sometimes. There is a flyer by the door with a list of their specials. Great store for my fur babies. read more

The employees are helpful, but the smell in the store is so overpowering. I can still smell it on my clothes when I leave. I will only go to this location if I have to because of the smell. The OKC store still has the "signature" scent, but much milder so its tolerable. read more

Came here to pick up some gifts for a friend. They have won me over with that first visit. I was rushing and came in the last 30 minutes they were open and they were SO nice and kept telling me they had to be there to do inventory anyway so not to worry about the time.
