I have been getting my dog groomed here since they opened. Grooming has been acceptable except they have missed cutting his dew claws twice. My dog Bandit has always enjoyed coming here. On April 18th I brought him in for grooming. When they brought him out to me he was not acting normal. My son picked him up and I reached over to pull a glob of hair off one of his back feet. His foot was bleeding and my hand was soon covered with blood. As we took him back into the grooming shop his bloody feet print were on the floor all the way to the checkout stand where they had walked him out. I immediately took him back into the grooming shop. On further inspection it was obvious that two nails side by side were cut into the quick. A male employee said " Well sometimes this happens, we will put something on it to stop the bleeding. " This is unacceptable. They had to have known he was bleeding and said nothing to me and then tried to act like it was no big deal. My poor little dog was so upset and didn't act right all evening. I was so upset I was in tears. I will never have him groomed here again. They are supposed to be professionals. Maybe one nail but two side by side! And the way they tried to play it off. And still charged me the full price. NEVER AGAIN. read more

Took my pup here for the first time to use their self wash station. I bought a couple items beforehand, the staff member gave me a discount and was very accommodating to my five month old wild child pup! He quickly realized it was my first time using the wash station, dropped what he was doing to take me over and explain everything to me. I absolutely love this store. I have a foster dog that needs the Purina Pro Plan Sensitive Stomach food and they have it. Not only do they have it, but they also haven't raised the price because it's a high-in-demand food. It's priced comparable to the other products in the line. The staff is super helpful, the store is clean and well-organized. They excel at customer service. They are great about opening registers if it's busy, and always offer to carry out heavy items. If they don't have something they will do their best to get it. It's a great store. If you think the big box stores will be cheaper please try this place first. I brought my goldendoodle here to be groomed and received a phone call two hours after I dropped him off only to be told that my dog was "acting up" and they would not be able to finish grooming him. I was told I would have to bring him back and that he needs to be on calming medicine whenever I did. After being very upset and wrapping my head around the fact that I would have to bring him back to finish being groomed, I asked if I would be able to bring him back the next day and I was told it would be a WEEK. My dog is 50% groomed, they shaved half of his body completely and left half of his long, curly fur. He looks sad and botched and as if he was found homeless on the street. I will NOT be bringing my dog back to get the OTHER HALF of his grooming complete. Beware!!!!!! read more

I wanted to take a minute and recognize Darin at the North OKC store. We tend to be vocal after a bad experience somewhere, and fail to recognize excellence and great experiences more often than not. After having no luck finding what I needed at Pet Smart or Petco, we decided to give PSP a shot. I initially spoke to Darin on the phone and he was able to quickly identify the specific brand and type of food we needed for our German Shepherd grand pup. Upon arrival he saw me looking in the section where the brand of dog food should be located. He immediately put two and two together and asked if it was me he had spoken with on the phone earlier. The larger bag that I needed was on the top shelf and he got it down for us right away. Super friendly, super helpful and very knowledgeable. This young man is going places and I foresee him doing big things. Top notch experience and a very rare level of customer care, especially in this day and age of laziness and entitlement.
