I absolutely love the self serve dog wash stations. But thing I love most is how kind and helpful the employees are at this location. Dre is one of a kind. He went out of his way to help me with my heavy bag of dog food but also reminded me to check for coupons and it saved me $15!!! Love this location! read more

I thought the staff was untrained on how to handle customers and their dogs. My dog is a chihuahua and if anyone who knows dogs they are attached to one person in the household. She is very attached to me so she barks a lot being protected of me. They seemed to be worried that I had never had her groomed before. I told them she had and as soon as I leave she will be good as gold as everyone has told me that has groomed her. She was walking around sniffing and found something on the ground. Your associate said why is she foaming at the mouth and I wiped around her mouth to realized it was soap but still I could tell you're associate did not believe me. When they were done they said she was good as I stated. Then we went out in the store to get a harness for her that she could not riggle out of and a another associate came over to tell me she could not walk around without a leash and my husband told her that is what we are trying to buy and she was still rude. I have never had such a bad experience at any other place I have been. The minute I told associates at other stores that she would be good after I left, they understood and took her lovingly from me so she would calm down. I never have had such a bad experience as today. She will most likely have diarrhea after eating soap off the floor. Not a happy experience! read more

After speaking to Darren the store mgr about a small issue, he made me feel like a valued customer and I am happy to continue shopping here as I have many years! He took time out of his busy day to spend time on the phone with me to resolve the issue. read more

I love the mgr who is always eager to carry out heavy dog food bags ! However most of the other employees seem to hide when you check out also I do NOT recommend those cardboard dog food carriers as i only had 5 in one and the handle came completely detached all my cans went rolling down the drive! read more

Darin. He needs a raise so he won't leave because there is only one other girl, I think with colored hair and very out going that's helpful, professional and not a Dodo. I'm not going to mention who but there is a a lady there that cant answer any question without saying hum I'm not sure. I thought for 2 years I was getting screwed out of rewards and I asked her almost every time until I gave up. Darin finally explained I have to log on and get my rewards. Not one time of my complaining was I told this in 1-2 years until I complained to Darin. Your staff should know protocol and how things work. Thanks Oh P.S your can food carriers are awful. I've dropped 6 cans on my foot there and several time carrying them into my house. OUCH. They are all duct taped up now on bottom but handles are all torn off. Thankssss read more

Have always gone to Britton for dog washes and food. Lately my health has been worse so, decided to try the food delivery. It was ordered on a Monday and delivered on Tuesday next day. Amazing, they rang doorbell to let me know it had arrived. Plus I received an email letting me know the progress every step. The food bag as inside another store bag. Exceptional!! read more

Friendly service and wide selection on Britton Road -- just east of May Avenue. Clean and well lighted. (I'm still a tad fonder of A-1 Pet Emporium right across Britton, yes, but my husband really likes Pet Supplies Plus. Marital compromises -- I wouldn't live without 'em.) read more

Great place, great people, great prices. What more could you want. Great sales. I love to walk up and down the aisles.

We have used the groomer here for the past six months for our labradoodle, Beau. We are very happy with the services. Our instructions are always followed. Our doodle hasn't been "poodled", which is awesome! Good groomers are hard to find, and that is my reluctance of giving a great review! read more

I came here about a month ago to check out the store. I live in Norman so this isn't close to me. I noticed the first time I was here that the store was extremely clean & organized. I feed my cats two foods that aren't available in regular stores so when they sent me a coupon I decided to go back & stock up a bit. I really appreciate the great service!! read more

I have been getting my dog groomed here since they opened. Grooming has been acceptable except they have missed cutting his dew claws twice. My dog Bandit has always enjoyed coming here. On April 18th I brought him in for grooming. When they brought him out to me he was not acting normal. My son picked him up and I reached over to pull a glob of hair off one of his back feet. His foot was bleeding and my hand was soon covered with blood. As we took him back into the grooming shop his bloody feet print were on the floor all the way to the checkout stand where they had walked him out. I immediately took him back into the grooming shop. On further inspection it was obvious that two nails side by side were cut into the quick. A male employee said " Well sometimes this happens, we will put something on it to stop the bleeding. " This is unacceptable. They had to have known he was bleeding and said nothing to me and then tried to act like it was no big deal. My poor little dog was so upset and didn't act right all evening. I was so upset I was in tears. I will never have him groomed here again. They are supposed to be professionals. Maybe one nail but two side by side! And the way they tried to play it off. And still charged me the full price. NEVER AGAIN. read more

Super friendly cashier, I wish I would have gotten his name. Lots of good products at standard prices. I was very pleased with my visit, although they did not have the kind of seat belt tether I was looking for they did have many good options. read more

Took my pup here for the first time to use their self wash station. I bought a couple items beforehand, the staff member gave me a discount and was very accommodating to my five month old wild child pup! He quickly realized it was my first time using the wash station, dropped what he was doing to take me over and explain everything to me. Even checked in on us mid wash to make sure everything was going okay. Definitely recommend! read more

I want to go back to shopping local, like Britton Feed & Seed, after my experience today at PSP. I couldn't get my 25% off weekend savings coupon to pull up in Gmail, and the lady helping me said they as employees aren't given the code. All I could do is text PETS to 46777 for a 15% coupon. Really! So, I lose out on 10% off. This is how you keep your customers happy & coming back. I don't think so! read more

Nice place new to the area but always clean on the outside and inside, good amount of things to pick from, the toys selection for dogs is good (get my dog a new you every time I'm here) nice workers we've been coming here since we moved and no bad experiences. read more

I absolutely love this store. I have a foster dog that needs the Purina Pro Plan Sensitive Stomach food and they have it. Not only do they have it, but they also haven't raised the price because it's a high-in-demand food. It's priced comparable to the other products in the line. The staff is super helpful, the store is clean and well-organized. They excel at customer service. They are great about opening registers if it's busy, and always offer to carry out heavy items. If they don't have something they will do their best to get it. It's a great store. If you think the big box stores will be cheaper please try this place first. Their prices are actually lower and fair. I can't say enough good things. I have been going here for about a year and yes it's the same experience every time. read more

Cat was so helpful in picking out my Tegu's harness. Thank you! I will be back for a leash.

I brought my goldendoodle here to be groomed and received a phone call two hours after I dropped him off only to be told that my dog was "acting up" and they would not be able to finish grooming him. I was told I would have to bring him back and that he needs to be on calming medicine whenever I did. After being very upset and wrapping my head around the fact that I would have to bring him back to finish being groomed, I asked if I would be able to bring him back the next day and I was told it would be a WEEK. My dog is 50% groomed, they shaved half of his body completely and left half of his long, curly fur. He looks sad and botched and as if he was found homeless on the street. I will NOT be bringing my dog back to get the OTHER HALF of his grooming complete. Beware!!!!!! read more
