Cute store with way more to offer than I realized. I stopped in after going to Trader Joe's to see if I could find my dog a treat. They have so many varieties of toys, treats and dog food. And the food and treats seem to be more natural than what you would get from other stores. I found some great treats and a new pull toy for my pup. We will see how long this toy holds up! read more

If quality, quaint, education, and exceptional service was a pet store, then it's DEFINITELY Hollywood Feed. We just got a baby golden doodle so we needed all the things for her and a fellow Yelper suggested Hollywood Feed so we stopped in. David immediately greeted us when we walked in and was ultra friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to clearly communicate why we should purchase certain items without making us feel like he was trying to sell us on a product. I also really love that they have a rewards program for their dog food and they stand by all the products they sell. If it didn't work for your pet, return it. They also offer delivery services around the metro. WIN! Make sure to snag one of those amazing candles they have close to the registers. It makes the room where my pup lives smell like vanilla cake. read more

Oifavorite place to buy toys and general items for our dog! If your dog doesn't like it, they will take it back. The only thing is giving nutrition advice and saying vets don't know much about nutrition is absolutely false. The employee that said this left a taste in my mouth that will never go away. The amount of continuing education courses offered for vets is substantial. The amount of food recommended by vets is decent but not carried at this store. We stick with just toys. read more

Mehhhh. Regular patron. Tonight's experience was quite different from my usual shop - rushed and uncomfortable. Kept having to ask for assistance. Manager (?) was on phone calls, speaking loudly enough for me to overhear a couple conversations about how there was "one customer left" and "they were closed," etc.. Both my pet and I had a long day (spay plus vaccination day) and I really did have questions about products and current sales. . Idk. I suppose it was a "Monday" for everybody. Felix was polite and helpful but admittedly not very knowledgeable as to products. It's all good, I suppose. I just expect more when I'm spending $$$. I'll return, hopefully it will be a better shopping trip. read more

Today, I was inside the store and saw one of the employees, a blond woman, go crazy and ballistic on a customer and their dog because the dog had had an accident and peed on the floor. She behaved in a very threatening and scary manner. It made me feel very uncomfortable, I don't think I'll be shopping at this location again with employees like that. I'm not sure where this lady thinks she works at but customers keep coming back to friendly and welcoming environments and not places they will feel scared to get yelled at. read more

Hollywood Feed has always been my go-to food supplier for my dog Macaroni since I moved to Oklahoma, but this Nichols Hills location is truly a special place. Not only are the people working here extremely knowledgeable but they have become some of my favorite people and my favorite place to shop. Plus- my dog Macaroni loves it here! He knows all of them so well, picks out his own treats and more. He always loves to get treats when we check out. I stumbled upon this pet store yesterday because a rescue was having an adoption event when I went to Trader Joe's. How can I have shopped at Trader Joe's all this time and missed this store that opened in January of 2018? I feel so silly. They have tons of dog food. Honestly, their square footage is small but they have used all of the space quite well. I saw all of my favorite brands of dog food. They also have great brands of leashes and collars. I bought a harness and a collar I didn't need just because it was pretty. My dog is usually good about not snagging treats, but apparently they have especially good ones because she helped herself and I had to buy it! read more

First time customer and I'm completely in love with this store. It's clean and well organized. The staff are friendly but not pushy. I over heard a conversation with another customer, and was overwhelmed. I don't know the employees name but she was giving tips and telling a customer things to pick up (that their store didn't sell) she threw in a dog treat for the dog to try for free too. I will never go to another pet store!! The people that work here are amazing and so knowledgeable about all animals. I started with this store when my cat Tommy was having skin allergies and his chiropractor recommended to try grain free food. Amy was so helpful in explaining why grain free works so well for pets and answers all of my questions I could ever think of. Then I rescued my Great Pyrenees Dottie and Mellisa helped me get any and all supplies for her to feel welcomed. I love that every time I walk in they ask "How is our Dottie girl?" and when Dottie started having skin rashes too, they helped me problem solve what was happening until Kenzi picked the perfect food my pup now loves and she is feeling like a new dog!! A tablespoon of this creamy super food each night keeps my dog from itching and helps keep his fur so soft, not to mention a healthy happy gut! I love coming into Hollywood Feed to restock on dog food. Every time I come in, the helpful sales staff offers to carry the dog food bag for me to the register and to my car. These people seem to love pets, and they ask me details about my pup every time I come in. Hollywood Feed has pet supplies other than food that are affordable. I came in for dog food today and left with a cute rainbow/unicorn collar and free dog treats from the friendly saleswoman. Prices are less or equal to shopping at PetSmart or Petco, but the level of service here is unbeatable. I will be back soon! read more
