First time visiting and the PawTopia staff welcomed our little senior dog in with warm welcomes. They carry a wonderful selection of natural/healthy locally sourced treats. The self pet wash looks great too. They provide towels, shampoo and conditioner, brushes etc. There is a pet blow dryer for use too. Dogs under 20 pounds run about $10 for their self-wash. Amazing treat/snack/nutrition store for your pooch and thought it was initially named Petopia but Pawtopia has a better ring to it (and might indicate more of its focus for dogs but you can get other things for cats and other critters). Is it a tad overpriced? Maybe...that's legit the only thing I can even complain about. If you walk into this place with a HINT of question these guys are all over it. They really know their stuff! My pup is on a fish diet, cannot have any beef or pork at all, skin and gut issues, and add in a kid that has peanut/legume allergies. What did they say??? GOTCHA COVERED! Food and treats that checked every single box AND made sure the treats were BOGO. That's why I drive 30 minutes out of my way. read more

Very convenient setup to wash my dog. I am a returning client. My 11th wash is always free

We have a large GoldenDoodle that needs a weekly bath. We keep his hair groomed really short so he doesn't need grooming that often, however giving him a bath at home is TOUGH. We tried this place out today and it's so perfect. Tons of options for shampoos and conditioners. They provide everything however next time I will bring our special brushes that work best on doodles. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, hi velo dryer.... They really do have everything and are very friendly. Will be back often!! read more

I had been going there for a year. Great service, real sweet kids running the place. However... I go in one afternoon, there's a whole new staff, it was 20 min before closing which had never been a problem before. The new staff was completely unhelpful! Which was fine, however... While washing the dogs, the owner comes in drunk, screaming at me telling me to leave. Even called the cops! I was just washing my dogs ‍. I had no idea what his problem was. I asked, what is your problem? To which he replys, "you threatened my employees". I asked the employees, "who did I threaten"? They were dead silent. Not going to call the man a racist but I'm a minority with a giant national champion pit Bull, I had on a tank top and a ball cap. I'd just gotten off work and needed to give the dogs a bath. I have spent 1000's in his in his store. Had I known what kind of man the owner is, I would've never given him my business and I'm mad that I did. read more

I saw this store abs as a mega-pet person I had to stop in. They have everything. They have so many toys I felt like i was in doggie heaven. I of course had to but a cute toy for my dogs. I got a "Hide-a-Bee" which is an adorable little beehive with bees that come out of the hive and squeak. I love Lupine Collars, which have a lifetime warranty. I have never seen this many of the Lupine Collars styles in one place. I know where I'm buying my next Collars. They have all the best food too - Earthborn, Fromm's, Acana, etc. In the back are sinks you can pay for to self-wash your dog. They also have a dog scale to check your dogs weight. They also have a cat to be adopted. Just a great, all-around pet store. read more

I ran in to wash my dog before a vet visit and when I went to leave I asked the girl about the price and she said "yeah we raised the price recently" I'm shocked people are paying $18 to wash their pets?? My hyper mini Australian shepherd "Cap" really needed a bath, and our usual groomer was booked, so I decided to give Pawtopia's self service dog wash a try. As we walked through the door, we were immediately greeted by their friendly staff. They seemed to know right away that my Cap needed a bath. I was shown to the dog wash then given a brief and complete orientation. The staff member provided plenty of towels (3) and waterproof apron as well as recommended a shampoo and conditioner. Everything worked like a charm! Great customer service and a variety of dog toys, supplies and interesting holiday treats! I will definitely be back! read more

Maui and I came in since we were already in the neighborhood looking for a backpack for him to wear to carry our supplies. They had one, but it was a little more advanced than what we needed. There was a pretty great selection of toys, food, and treats. They even had the "gross" treats that we think are revolting and our pups absolutely love. The prices were just above what I like to pay, but everything is right there to take home immediately. read more

Great selection of high quality pet food that is not offered at the Big Box Pet Stores. I can no longer leave food for my dog to graze on throughout the day. She gobbles it down the instant i set it on the ground. I know she loves it b/c when she is finished she lets out a contented howl of approval. Fussy cat food has turned my once non picky cat into a very fussy cat! She goes on hungry strikes if I try to feed her anything else now... but they now offer dry Fussy cat food too. read more
