I love getting mini pup dates whenever I pick my pup up. She literally runs through the entrance to get inside to play with her human and dog friends. And, the best part, she is ready to rest and relax when she gets home. You can do full days and half days for daycare. You can add on a bath and nail trim if you would like. The boarding is also excellent. I also enjoy all the pictures they post and the efforts of their staff to take such great ones and share them! Also, on your dog's birthday, they will take photos of your dog in birthday gear and post it to their instagram and Facebook. My pup has had play times, been boarded here and used their groomers. All services have been good. If I just say "Pawparattzi" my pup gets excited to go see his friends! That is not our veterinarian. We took her to our vet and you never asked for the name of our vet! You have hired inexperienced people who are not careful! You should accept fault for this! I have started taking Teddy here a couple of months ago and we love it. I love that they are located close to my home. The shop is full of cute dog sweaters, fun toys and snacks. Miss Amy is really good with Teddy. He's old and anxious and she was the one to ask me about his behavior at home and suggested I talk to his vet about possible dementia symptoms. Sure enough, she was right. I knew something was off and couldn't place it and she knew right away. She didn't make me feel bad about it. She just presented the facts of what she saw in the kindest manner and I am so grateful for that. Most of all, she is gentle and patient, so if you have an older dog, they will be in good hands!

I understood she needed to be shaved, but they left her face and tail long while shaving the bridge of her nose, which left her with a noticeable bald spot in the middle of her face. On top of that, she came home with a bloody paw from a cut between her toe pads. For a first-time visit, there should have been more communication before starting. On top of that, the price was crazy for the quality of work. Something we could have done ourselves at home. We will not be returning. * The owner has tried to reach out and i'm not interested in speaking. I'm not trying to go after a small business, but I am displeased with the service and entitled to my review.
