I'm switching him over to an all pelleted mix now because all he eats are the fruits and veggies in the old pelleted mix and leaves the pellets! He is a great chinchilla. Although the employees had no idea how old he was and if he was a he. We had to take him to the vet to get him sexed. I'm sure all of this is a corporate issue, not store but I wish it was better so the animals are getting the proper diet. As far as service goes, it's usually pretty great. There have been a few times where the person at the cash register was slow, but that's only 1 out of the like 15 times we have been there. I love this store and will continue to stop by every time I'm in Edmond.

This has been a really handy and much appreciated feature when we're running out of dogfood but can't get to their store before closing time. "They are outside to the right" So I set everything down and go outside. No buggies. No help. He shrugged as we watched me struggle. The only available appointment they had was on a Sunday. When making the appointment they asked if I had records of his rabies vaccine. I told them that we had just moved and his records were still in a box somewhere at the house (we had not finished unpacking). I asked if they could call his old vet and obtain the information they needed and they replied yes. I showed up to his grooming appointment and they asked about his rabies vaccine and I said they were supposed to contact my veterinarian. They replied "Oh, we don't do that until right before the appointment" to which I stated "It's Sunday, they are closed". The girl then said "Well maybe the person making the reservation didn't realize it was for Sunday ". I looked at the girl in amazement and said "How could they not know it was for Sunday, they were the one making the appointment?" Needless to say, my dog did not get groomed (even though he was wearing a current rabies tag which they said wasn't acceptable).
