I was on time, brought my dog in and they said they'd call me in 3-4 hours when she was done. I went to the gym and was in the pool and got out when I noticed I had a phone call 14min prior at 5:27pm (an hour and a half after i dropped my dog off). In the voicemail I was told power was out at Petsmart and they could no longer cut my dog's hair. I immediately rushed out of the gym to call back 4x (to the voicemail # and store) and got no response. I showed up to the store and was very disappointed when they just expected me to reschedule. Meaning I'd have to take another 4-5 hours out of a different day to get her hair cut, because in the hour and a half she was there they hadn't even started. When I said I wouldn't come back for the same price, considering now knowing the power can apparently just shut off again and leave me with the same result, I was told I'd be given $10 off the $104 appointment the next time I came in. That wouldn't even cover the gas it takes to get to and from petsmart two times in addition to the impending 5hrs of potential work time I'd waste (in addition to the 3hrs I already wasted today). Severely disappointed in how today was handled because I've had good experiences with Scott and Catrina in the past at this location. Take your dog here, sure, but don't be surprised if the power shuts off and you have to rush to go get your dog back.

The store is never too busy and we never have a problem finding staff if we need help. Although we don't take advantage of the grooming I do notice the grooming area is busy. If we are lucky we get to see some cute dogs while we are shopping. They generally have a good stock of food that we use and prices are reasonable.

Will never go to Petsmart again. There should be a system where they can reach the clients when a situation occurs.
