Chase & Chloe were so gracious and helpful during the booking process. It was easy to book a private play session, I've already booked two more. They were both at the door to welcome us when we arrived. The room was clean, spacious, safe and had plenty to do. There was even a cute sign customized for Winnie and George Bailey! Drawers full of balls, puzzles, frisbees, chew toys, snuggle mats. Treats. Agility equipment. And not crappy temu stuff, regulation agility equipment that is safe to use! There was a coffee bar for humans and lots of books for reference as well. The corgs could have played for much longer, but they were so happy to have some chase and play time. They host play groups, seems like it's done by size. When you book a session, it costs $28 and it is a private session for 30 minutes. I highly recommend this for your dogs socialization, and especially for high energy dogs stuck inside in this cold weather!

As a result, we requested a refund. We were advised that we could transfer to a different trainer, but when we attempted to reschedule with another trainer, we were informed that our session timeframe had expired, and therefore, we were not eligible for a refund or to schedule additional sessions without purchasing a new package. Furthermore, the receptionist explained that I misunderstood the trainer's comments, asserting that the trainer would never have said "dogs have no feelings," despite having heard the statement multiple times during the session. The receptionist continued to speculate about what the trainer might have said, disregarding our firsthand experience. Due to these concerns, I cannot recommend this facility to friends or family. **Update** We were also informed that additional links for the training collar could only be purchased at the location because they specialize in links imported from Germany. When I called attempting to reschedule a visit, the receptionist stated that individual links could be purchased there. However, upon our visit today, we were told that only complete collars are available for purchase, and separate links are not sold but we could purchase a new collar for $47.00 as if we didn't already waste enough money.

We showed up on Day 1 totally unprepared. The trainer said we were in the wrong class and asked us to come back and switch to the different time. I was not happy about that- we had already made arrangements for the 11:00 time slot. There were also several Sundays that we had to skip due to holidays and the trainers personal schedule. I wish we had known this ahead of time, because it extended the class out 4 weeks. We also were never told that only one person could come to training, which was a disappointment to us because we BOTH needed to learn how to train our pup. There was a lot of confusion and miscommunication and I was feeling very frustrated. The training went well and Winnie enjoyed going. It was easy to understand the class and commands so we can use them at home. I expected a larger training area- we were with 4 (maybe 5) other dogs in the lobby area of the camp. The trainer was excellent with dogs and they all listened to her well. She used positive reinforcement which we believe is very effective. I felt like we got our moneys worth. It would have been nice to have a syllabus so we could review what we learned. It was sometimes hard to remember, especially when you had to share with your partner what you had learned. If I knew how I'd have felt about Camp Bow Wow experience, I would have gone elsewhere.

I've spoken with vets and done my research, so being dismissed like that was pretty unacceptable. On top of that, the food they're selling for budgies is outrageously priced and not even the right kind for proper care. It's really concerning that a pet store can't provide accurate basic information about the animals they sell. I wouldn't trust the advice here if you actually care about your pets. If I could rate this place negative stars I would.

I've been feeling so bad for the poor guy, the worms that were in his feeding dish were still alive too so someone saw him like this and chose to not take action. beyond digusting. We never ended up informing an employee because they were all busy with customers and as were waiting for an employee some annoying lady walked passed with her kid making laughing at the poor thing... we just had to leave.
