For both dresses, I thought it was fairly priced and the whole process was professional and picking up both dresses were done so in a timely manner. One trying on tailored pants and saw his satisfaction with his body language and words of appreciation to the Tailor. The other customer came in to pick up a jacket that was completed, tried it on, and shared his gratitude with the work and was surprised that the Tailor had also worked on an inside pocket! Though they do quote you up front. My gripe is that on my final fitting the bust was too tight. I told them that it was tight and was succinctly dismissed and told it was supposed to fit like that. I didn't want to deal with the hassle or argue because I was fed up with wedding planning by then so I just took the dress as altered. I looked great on my wedding day but the dress was too damn tight all day. I've since lost weight since then and tried on my dress again just for kicks. It's still too tight on the bust area. I get that brides like to look slim or whatever, but some of us want to be comfortable on our wedding day. These wedding dresses are supposed to accentuate and fit properly not be torture devices. I will prob never bring anything back here because I'm not the tailor my clothes type but they should listen to customers when they say something is tight.
