Horrible customer service. dropped off an external body armor vest carrier to have patches stitched…read moreon. not a big deal, or so I thought. came the next day to pick it up only to find out he had stitched all the way through the vest, in a way that does not allow me to insert my plates in the carrier. I apologized as I realized I did not explain it the day prior and I showed him what I needed there. He looks at it and says "no problem". takes it to his table, works on it for a couple minutes and calls me over to look. He did the exact same thing as the first time. I explained to him again what I needed, which caused him to look visibly upset at me. The guy then yells at me and says it's going to be an extra 10 bucks. I did not appreciate that he was willing to charge me more than I had already paid for his mistake. if he would of told me the first time it was going to be 10, I would have been more accepting of it. The worker then began arguing with me when I said I was going to go somewhere else. Very rude guy, will never return to him. Luckily there was another alteration place inside the Rio Rancho Mall. Go to the Alteration place that is located upon entry, immediately to the right. Great guy and quick service!

I also bring in a lot of historical uniforms and they do a good job cleaning them. The last couple of times I picked up my pants, they were double creased and not as sharply pressed as other times. I know when I take the same shirts at home spray starch on those areas and put an iron on it. The goes away and it looks like pressed shirt so they can't do them.

Then, she calls her husband (apparently also works there) and he proceeded to tell me that they are not responsible for any damages. At that time, the female employee found a small sign that was turned away from customers, that states the same. The husband continued to tell me that it was insulting to him that I pointed out my uniform was damaged. When I drop off an item that is not damaged, I do not expect to pick it up damaged. I understand things happen, but I would expect the company to fix my uniform.

This required very detailed work to ensure the applique pattern running down the dress to the end of the train flowed well. She did a wonderful job! I loved that she came to my home, making a stressful planning time a bit easier. My only regret - I should have had her take the dress in as well. We discussed it and I chose poorly. Everyone said I would lose 10 pounds before the wedding...I didn't have that optimism. Yep, lost 12 pounds before the wedding so the dress was just bit too big. I started with inquiry thru yelp and then texting to set up appt for the work to be done on my MOB dress. I sent a pic of my dress to Sherri to make sure she was able to work on sequin & she said no problem! She was quick to respond & asked for a deposit to secure the appt. She was on time and very professional She came to my house and make adjustment to the dress and took it with a follow up appt when she would return the dress. It made me nervous but she seemed very trust worthy and talked about her family and was very personable and sweet. On the the return visit, the was a few more adjustments needed and she was quick to do in a weeks time and come back to make sure it fit perfect, I am very happy with Sherri and her work on my dress. She did amazing work and her pricing was a set price that seems reasonable for the work requested. I highly recommend Sherri for your seamstress needs if you are in the IE area.
