Since she had never treated my hair before, I was a little nervous that she might not be able to match the color exactly but I had confidence that she would make it look perfect! I arrived right on time for my appointment and Erica was happily waiting for me! The spa has a nice relaxing feel to it, from the décor to the music! After a few questions, she got started. I loved the products she used to color my hair as it didn't make my scalp itch like other color brands do. While the color sat on my head, I was offered water/tea/coffee. I chose to simply sit and relax and just listen to the music. After 30 minutes, she brought me over to the sink and washed my hair - my favorite part of course! It was a nice & soothing head massage!! After my hair was washed, she blew it dry and styled it for me! The color match was SPOT ON! I was so happy with it! I loved my experience so much, I booked a pedicure for the following week with Stephanie! I went for my pedicure with Stephanie a few days ago and my toes have never looked better! I go for pedicures regularly and this one was top notch! I felt pampered from the time I arrived to the time I left! They have an awesome massage chair that you just melt right into! Stephanie made sure the water was just the right temperature for my toes and after a brief soak, she started her magic I had a large assortment of magazines to read through but I chose to sit back and enjoy the treatment and the massage chair. I let Stephanie pick the color, a nice deep magenta for fall - looks awesome!! My legs felt so silky smooth! Now I need to make an appointment for a facial and a massage next!!

They were receptive and attentive to my requests. I booked a 60 minute private sound healing session, followed by 90 minutes of reiki. Upon entering the building, I was greeted by very kind staff members. I filled out a small amount of paperwork. I then went back with Lynn for my sound healing. Lynn was a very very nice person and I look forward to doing sound healing with her again in the future. The room was nice and peaceful and relaxing. The bed warms up if you like. She has 3 different size knee support pillows for your comfort. She has eye masks to wear. She was blankets, including weighted ones. She asks permission to do things that require touch. It's up to you. After you're done, she will tell you her findings (such as what chakra is blocked). She then led me to a tea station to have some water or tea if I like while I waited for reiki. You can have one bag of tea and they had quite an assortment and lists if they're caffeine free or how much caffeine it contains. Denise then came to grab me for my reiki session. She is a reiki master. She was also very kind. We talked a bit before getting started about me and about what she does. My session was incredible. I felt a bit emotional during the sound bath but I felt it very strongly here. I wasn't expecting it but it was good for me and a safe space to experience that. I was also drifting into sleep and not having a loud mind which is not usual for me. It was amazing. In the beginning and end she goes over what chakras are blocked and/or open. She will tell you what she saw or felt during it. And she will let you do an oracle pull. Denise also helped me with some questions I had in the gift shop. Oh. And someone else in the gift shop was super friendly too ... just didn't know their name or I can't recall it. And the gift shop itself is great. Tons of crystals, some jewelry, gummies, oils, skin care, tea, buffalo bills themed stuff, etc. I would go here weekly if I could but my budget will not allow it; I plan to go as much as I can though as it really helped me and was such a safe and welcoming space! We did the salt cave which is 45 minutes of meditation as you relax and smell the salts and take in the good vibes. And we did the hand and foot salts where you place your hand and feet on salt blocks and let the heat and salts absorb into your skin. As we waited there was a store with a ton of minerals, CBD, drinks, towels, gifts etc for you to buy. Parking is plentiful. We came on a Sunday morning at 11am and we did a walk in. Before the massage, we had a brief consultation to discuss what parts of my body needed more attention, and any of my concerns. The environment was calming, welcoming, and sanitary. Everyone kept their masks on the entire time, which I thought would be weird, but it wasn't. Margaux not only worked out some knots I've had FOREVER, but she instructed me on how to maintain the areas so they don't get worse before my next appointment. I have had TONS of massages and she was the best I've had in a while! She made me feel totally comfortable and instead of zoning out like I typically do during a massage, I felt like an active partner the whole time. The woman questioned me heavily if I was paying with one...If it's such a concern, don't offer them. The massage was very subpar, I will not be back, unless I need to see a chiropractor.

You could tell Jen had a lot of experience and focused on all the areas I was having issues with, giving extra attention to my sore neck and back. She used the perfect amount of pressure. There are times when I can fall asleep during a massage and other times when I don't, Jen was a great conversationalist while also keeping me relaxed whole time. Would definitely recommend her and will be booking again. Building itself was great. I was in the desert oasis which had really cool ceiling tiles that replicated stars. A nice touch!
