this property is very very run down. i don't believe in giving bad reviews, but you should not stay here. we paid $240 to stay here in july of 2026. there is only one employee at the desk. poor kid always has a long line and many phone calls to deal with simultaneously half of the parking lot has been rented out to a shipping container business so we had to park next door. everything is out of order. see photos. our sink will not drain. we had to pry the drain open and stick a washcloth in it. there is trash under the beds. socks, a hawaii hat, and an old milk carton. our comforter is dirty. we can't tell what the AC is set at because the numbers don't work. we froze! the indicator lights don't work in the only elevator they have. you push the button for any floor and you can't tell if it's turned on or not everything is patched up, instead of being fixed. it needs to be gutted. sorry to be so negative, it just looks like the owners don't care and are gauging the public. the price quoted for the second day of stay is $410. that's absolutely absurd for a one star hotel read more

We arrived at this Holiday Inn just after 10 PM to check in, only to be told that our reservation had been canceled because the hotel was overbooked. We received no call, no text, and no email beforehand absolutely no notification that our reservation had been canceled. The front desk agent simply told us we could speak to a manager on Monday, which obviously did nothing to help us on a Saturday night when we were stranded without a room. No effort was made to help us find another hotel or provide any immediate solution. When I asked for an email confirmation or printed documentation showing that our reservation was canceled, she refused and instead wrote down a phone number and the manager's name on a piece of paper. As a loyal Holiday Inn and IHG customer, this experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Leaving guests without accommodations late at night with no notice or assistance is not how customers should be treated. To this day, I still have not received any official cancellation email. I expected much better service and accountability from this brand. read more

Oof, this was definitely our last stay at this Holiday Inn. Upon checking in, we were given a room right next to the kitchen so we asked for another room, which they happily gave us. Upon entering that room, we noticed visible garbage/scraps all over the room. I'm talking dried food, cereal box and water bottles under the bed. Also, the smoke detector was taken off the wall and just sitting on top of the fridge. When we asked the front desk for a vacuum, they mentioned that housekeeping could come by the next morning. When they came by the next morning, the woman seemed visibly annoyed that she had to come by. As we were leaving the next day, we noticed a random washcloth in the bed as well. The whole stay felt less than sanitary, which made it difficult to sleep at night. We brought our concerns to management and they received it well, but overall it was a pretty disgusting experience here and we won't be back. read more

Stayed here on NYE, going into 2026 so that I could celebrate at Pechanga, since Pechanga rooms were sold out. It was a nice over night stay. The curtains wouldn't stay closed, so I had to safety pin it together. Luckily I had one and luckily it closed with the one I had. The bathroom has brand name Dove products, fridge, coffe maker, and microwave. The heater is a motel wall heater. Checking in was a breeze and the rep let me choose the floor I wanted. The next morning was breakfast time and we went at a good time because we beat the crowd. There were turkey sausage patties, pork sausage, cheese omelets, fruit, cereal, pastries and even a pancake maker. The pancake maker was pretty cool, and my favorite part of breakfast. I would recommend a stay here, if you need somewhere to stay in the area. read more

The desk staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was family friendly and good. The rooms are filthy. We checked in and found the bathroom corners caked with dirt and mold on wallpaper. I wanted to switch rooms and the next room was thick with cigar smoke, and then the last room was dirty too! Getting to late to continue to search for a clean room, we settled in. Not realizing the couch and floor had this goop and the sink and soap were soo dirty! The shower had pink mold and the corner of the doors were dirty. I keep looking for other words besides dirty, gross and filthy. This Holiday Inn Express is the same as all the others I've stayed at. It's a budget hotel which is fairly comfortable. I love their breakfast. Sausage gravy is great as is the bacon. We did have to change rooms due to a dirty bathroom. They did accommodate us quickly. read more

This is, by far, the worst Holiday Inn Express I've ever stayed in. The bathroom was filthy, with grime in the sink, mold in the shower and on the bathroom floor, a very noisy exhaust fan, no washcloths, a sticky bathroom floor, and a missing hose between the shower diverter and the shower head. The juice machine in the breakfast area was posted as "Out of Order," and coffee was late coming out at opening and slow to be replenished. The washing machine was posted as "Out of Order." Staff did not seem to care at all, and was unable to address the issues, even providing something as simple as two washcloths after two requests. The front door to the lobby was filthy...not a few fingerprints from a pack of young soccer players, but rather a build up of grime from extended periods without thoughtful cleaning. One room was well stocked with Keurig Pods, but not Keurig Coffee Machine. One of our rooms was even missing the hose that connects the shower wand to the diverter, which meant that water poured out of the opening unless the diverter was in a very special position. We asked staff, twice, for two washcloths because there were none in the room. One staff member replied they don't use washcloths and the other replied they were out of them. IHG...The Holiday Inn Express in Temecula is an embarrassment to the entire IHG family of hotels. read more

Stayed at this hotel for a week while we visited San Diego and Riverside County. Right off of the 15 Freeway in Temecula, the freeway was in our backyard. Fortunately, with double paned windows, the noise was cancelled out. Although the air conditioner was very loud. An older hotel and I was not pleased with the handicap accormodatations. My fault, partly, because I mistakenly booked an ADA tub, though I thought I booked a handicapped shower. Bath soap was not reachable while sitting in the tub, so I unscrewed it off the wall so my son could use it. Tub did not drain and you had to hold it up to allow for drainage. Bath towels had rips in them. The previous customer had left candy wrappers under the bed and in between the desk and wall. The printer did not work so I could not print my boarding pass. The one thing I do like is the breakfast in the morning and I am a big fan of those mouth watering cinnamon rolls and coffee. I like the variety of different breakfast options and makes for one less choice to make in the morning. Right down the elevator from 6:30 AM - 9:30 AM! Located very close to Old Town too and located across the freeway are shops and restaurants. Staff was very nice and accomodating. read more

We arrived to this hotel on Friday and during our stay, the hotel was actively remodeling numerous rooms. Despite this, we were assigned a room that had visible dust on the floors and a strong odor of cleaning chemicals. The condition of the room was already disappointing; however, the situation worsened significantly later that night. Around midnight, we discovered that the water in our room was completely shut off when we attempted to shower. When I went to call the front desk, I realized there was no phone in the room. I had to walk downstairs to report the issue. After explaining the situation, we were reassigned to another room. In the second room we were assigned to, the key would not work because the card reader was broken. After returning to the front desk yet again, we were finally assigned an ADA-compliant room at approximately 1:00 AM Saturday morning. The rooms across from our new room were also undergoing construction, so we were forced to listen to the loud construction noise early in Saturday morning. The following morning, I spoke with the front desk receptionist to express our concerns. She was dismissive rude and condescending, stating that because we booked through a third party, she could not assist us and instructed us to contact the manager on Monday. This response was both unprofessional and unacceptable, as the issues we experienced were operational failures unrelated to the booking method. When I checked out Sunday morning, I learned that another guest had been placed in THEE ROOM I was originally placed in with no working shower. That guest was required to shower at a sister hotel. I was in disbelief that hotel personnel continued to use and reassign this room to one of their guests. Overall, this experience reflects extremely poor room readiness, maintenance oversight, and customer service. Being moved multiple times after midnight due to avoidable issues, coupled with the lack of professional assistance, is not the level of service expected from Holiday Inn. This is by far the worst experience I've had with a hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. read more

Our keys for the doors worked after 20-30 tries. We had 10 new keys made and we nothing changed. The place is essentially dirty everywhere. Computers were down and we never got a receipt. I flew to Los Angeles (from Honolulu) to attend the SoHyang / Jung Dong Ha concert at the Pechanga Resort in Temecula. It was a last minute decision based on my ability to purchase a ticket near the front of the stage (row EE). I could fly into Los Angeles or San Diego but flying into LAX would allow me to get to Temecula during the day. Anyway, I picked up my rental car and drove the 95-odd miles from LAX to the Holiday Inn Express (HIE) on Jefferson Avenue. Why the HIE? Because there were no rooms available at the Pechanga Resort. I arrived at HIE just before 10am because I wanted to drop off my bag. I'd seen videos and heard warnings about not leaving one's luggage in the car. I had 5 hours to kill before I could check in at 3pm. Problem #1: They wouldn't hold my bag. The excuse was no storage area. This is the first time this has happened; ALL hotels hold bags. So, I placed my bag behind the front seat and lowered the rear seat back to "hide" my bag. It was a SUV so leaving it in the space behind the rear seat left it in view. I returned at 3pm to find out that my room wasn't ready; they had sold out the day before and the staff were still cleaning rooms. I had what was labeled an executive room on the 3rd floor. So, I waited (along with a few other people) and finally got the card keys to my room. I went up and entered, turned on the AC and was greeted by a stale smell. Great; this is starting out to be "wonderful". I went to the ice machine on the 3rd floor and was greeted by a sign that said "Broken" (problem #2). I went down to the 2nd floor and couldn't find an ice machine so I had to go to the ground floor to get ice. Back upstairs, I tried turning on the TV but the DirectTV remote didn't do anything to the LG TV (problem #3). I fiddled around for a while and called the Front Desk. Five minutes later, someone came up and was unable to make it work. She said she'd send someone that knew more. I fiddle some more and got the TV powered using the button on the TV. The DirectTV remote would change channels but none of the other buttons worked. I had to use buttons on the TV to control the volume. The "expert" came up, looked at the remote and the TV and stated that the DirectTV remote doesn't work with the LG TV and that the workaround I came up with was as good as it would get. I showered, laid on the bed and got ready to go to dinner. What? I have what looks like a flea bite. Great. (It was the only one, thank goodness.) The bathroom was okay ... the overflow drain cover on the tub was installed upside down; I started to put in it the correct orientation but found that I would uncover a nasty stain so I left it "as is". At least there was hot water and sufficient water pressure. The toilet flushed like a marine head. Those that have been on a cruise will know what I mean. Hey, it worked ... that's all that mattered. My room faced I-15 (100ft away) so I had to put up with freeway noise at night. Luckily, my activities made me tired enough not to care. On Saturday, I encountered a throng of people in the tiny lobby ... I think they were waiting to check in. So, my experience the day prior seems to be the norm. I didn't try the free breakfast until Sunday, check-out day. It was decent ... there was a choice of sausage, biscuits and gravy, cheese omelets, breads and pastries. All I really wanted was coffee and it was decent coffee. Final thoughts ... I think I could put up with the issues encountered had I not paid $488 for 2 nights. For $244/night, I expect more; a lot more. The staff were nice but I think they're understaffed and somewhat overwhelmed. For $100/night, I'd give it 3.5 stars. For $244/night, they're lucky to get 1 star. read more

This place is ridiculous right now. Family member staying there in town for a funeral. The rooms are in terrible condition electricity doesn't work in some. Plumbing problems toilets backing up massive construction noise and more. Trash piled in the hallways and contractors walking in and out using power tools making it impossible if you want to sleep. Worst customer service you can imagine and they won't do anything to help. Oh "my room doesn't have basic needs give me a new room" "oh we can't do that" Don't make any reservations through a third party company / app for sure. Don't know if it would be any different had it been direct through them. If you rent a hotel and it doesn't have electricity or lights or the ability to shower or use the bathroom is it even a hotel room? Might as well stay in a foreign hostel in a bunk bed and a dozen people to a room you would be more comfortable and at least have basic electricity and plumbing so you can use the bathroom. Good location close to restaurants. It's a bit loud during morning hours before 10 am though. Maybe it's the contractors at work before Christmas Day. Staffs are informative and there's free complimentary breakfast here. Not bad for a queen bedroom, but they gave us the accessibility room/good for handicapped people. Hot water pressure runs fast. Beds and sheets were soft and comfortable. Pillows were puffy, just the way I like it. There were no crowds in the parking lot, so there's plenty of spaces to park. Gym was right next to our room on second floor and there's a window in the hallway that can view the ground floor of the lobby. Holiday Inn uses good Dove shampoo, conditioner & body wash. This building is a lot older for this little town, but the stay was comfortable. There's a mini refrigerator inside the room too. Towels & toilet paper is well stocked. It's not the best Holiday Inn, but it's convenient. Snacks and beverages are for sale in the lobby. IHG members get a free goodies bag. This is a convenient hotel for families. Not too bad. Booked the hotel through Expedia five weeks ahead of our stay reserving a room with two queen beds. I am a Holiday Inn member. Upon arrival the first thing we noticed was that their automatic entry doors did not work. mind you there was a handicap door opener button available, and it did not work either. Good thing we were not disabled, but without the doors opening automatically, it was not easy getting our luggage and large ice chest inside. Second, there was no luggage cart available. The desk clerk said they had only one available and it was in use. Third, as we registered, we had to wait in line. There were two desk clerks working, and neither of them acknowledged our presence as we entered nor welcomed us. Neither desk clerk had on a name tag. We had requested a top 3rd floor room away from the highway (I 15 was 39 yards away)and received 2 card keys for that room. Unfortunately, once we got to the room, neither key worked. So I headed downstairs and had to wait in line again to have the cards re-keyed. Once back upstairs, the key cards worked and we entered a room with only a king-size bed and the room smelled of cigarette smoke. (all rooms were supposed to be non-smoking rooms ). That was not what we reserved. Once again, I headed back downstairs to let them know they had assigned us the wrong room and that it smelled of smoke. I informed them that we had reserved a two queen bed room. I was told they only had three rooms left that had two queen beds and they were all on the first floor and all next to the highway. By this time it had already taken us 40 minutes just to try and check in so we agreed to look at the rooms. The first room we looked at had two queen beds and smelled of cigarette smoke. So we didn't take that one. We finally took the second one as it did not smell of cigarette smoke and we were desperate as we were tired after traveling six hours to arrive at the hotel. It took us six trips from our car to the room to get our luggage and items in as the luggage cart never did show up. When I asked at the front desk if someone could help us with our luggage we were told there were not enough staff available to do that. (We are 75 years old) Once we got settled into the room, we realized that the blackout curtains were broken and would not close completely and that the Hotel phone had been ripped out of the wall with a cord hanging out of the wall. We were just too tired to ask for another room and stayed there for three days. Our first morning there at 7:45 a.m. the fire alarm went off! We scrambled to don clothes then looked out to the hallway to see some patrons exiting while others just stood in the hallway. Housekeepers with radios were in the hallway and said they didn't know what was going on but didn't evacuate. No other staff was available to help with the evacuation or answer questions. We tried calling the front desk on our cell phones (as the room phone was torn out) and got the standard phone voice assistance's response to select '1' for reservations, '2' for... you know the drill! Chose '3' for service and the phone kept ringing. Eight minutes later the alarm shut off! Never did find out what caused the alarm to go off! No one contacted us to confirm our safety. The only good thing I can say about the hotel is that the breakfast was hot and pretty decent. Everything else did not live up to the Holiday inn standard that I have become used to. Needless to say, I will never be back to that hotel. I recommend the Marriott SpringHill suites a mile down the road where the rest of our party stayed. read more

As others have mentioned, the rooms are in desperate need of updating. A couple of things that stand out include a lack of USB charging options that hotels make available, usually through nightstand lamps. It was kinda funny to find an ethernet port, but no USB ports, on the desk in our room. If that were the only issue we observed, it would have been no big deal. However, there was another more serious problem - mold and mildew. An area around the shower, where water tended to leak, was caked with black nastiness (see photos). A less serious issue and probably in the category of too much information was the toilet. That commode was so low to the floor that it took a real effort to sit on the thing. It kinda reminded me of a potty training toilet. Once seated on the thing the fun continued with private parts actually dangling in the toilet water. Okay, so your mileage may differ, but that's definitely not what I would consider a feature. Lastly, the lobby, halls, elevator are all rather dark adding to the rundown feel of the place. All of that said, you definitely get what you pay for, but I can't help but feel like the rate we paid was still 20% too high. read more

My wife and I came to Temecula for a weekend getaway and were very disappointed with this hotel. It's obvious that they don't maintain the property. The TV in our room had a large green line in the middle that went from the bottom to the top of the TV. Maintenance came but they didn't have any back up TV's. When I talked to the staff, I was told that they hadn't even had a maintenance person for something like 9 months until just a few days before we arrived, and that they didn't have any of the supplies needed for basic repairs. I asked the staff if they'd replace the TV now that they know it's going bad, and they said probably not, they don't fix things here. The couch in our room was so disgusting we didn't sit in it. The cushions were pretty flat, and it had tears and stains. We went down to the pool but the bottom of the pool and jacuzzi looked dirty and so we didn't go in. I will say that the bed was comfortable and they had a good breakfast, but I do not recommend this hotel since they aren't keeping up with the hotels maintenance needs. read more

Stayed at the holiday inn express on a business trip and was pleasantly surprised. By no means is this hotel "high end" and nor is it supposed to be, it is a solid hotel with enough amenities for a comfortable stay. Check in was easy and the attendant was very nice and accommodating. The room itself is large, my single bed room could easily fit another queen bed. The room has all the amenities you would need including a TV, hangers, clock, iron, blow dryer, Kureg Coffee Maker, fridge, and even a microwave. The hotel has a continental breakfast with a wide selection of pancakes, cereals, and other typical American breakfast items. I didn't personally use it but there was also a pool available for guest as well. Although my significant other was here with me, I liked that they had a separate vanity seat and mirror to allow space to make up outside of the bathroom. As the room decor was a bit dated, I would normally give this place 4-stars but one thing pushed it up to 5-star which was the service. After a long day, I was getting ready to turn in around 10:30pm and to my annoyance, I realized I didn't have toothpaste. When I went to the front desk the attendant happily helped me and provide toothpaste and even other toiletries at no extra charge. Although this place isn't the most beautiful hotel it has its service and amenities down. Everything was made available to make sure I had a comfortable stay. I've absolutely had worse experiences in more "premium" hotels. Checkout is at noon, so nice to have a few hours to sleep in vs many other hotels. Update: at 10pm on my first night, I realized my toilet didn't flush and had to use the restroom in the lobby, super inconvenient. Requested to have it fixed the next morning and they were unable to. They moved me to another room on the 2nd floor. 2nd room was smaller and even more dated then the room I originally had on the 1st floor. (Example: 1st room had a renovated shower with sliding glass doors, 2nd room had old tub with cloth shower curtain and the room felt like it was 33% smaller). Some renovation and repair is needed for this hotel, once this is done it would be a solid hotel. read more

Checked in late around 9 pm. I called a day in advanced letting the front desk know I have skin sensitivity and eczema. And that I cannot risk bed bugs (they'd bite me and then I'd be extremely sick and would have even more scars), I only mention it due to the pictures I found on yelp linked to this hotel from previous guests. I also asked if there is any way they can keep my health in mind, I'd be willing to wait a while for them to do a deep deep cleaning. They checked me into room 125 and mentioned "newly renovated". I said okay, I'll check it out myself before I agree to staying. So I went in, GLOVES BLAZING, lifted the bed sheets off, checked the mattress, every corner, into the nooks and cranny. Looks acceptable to me. So I went back to the front desk and accepted the terms and decided to stay here (as my workplace chosen for me). There's a nice mini fridge, complimentary keurig coffee and tea, can make with the keurig machine on top of the microwave. I enjoyed using it. I brought my own bed sheets and pillow to use to protect my own health and skin. Came in handy. The hotel's sheets look clean, I just prefer my own. Kinda sad at how yellow and dark the lights are in this hotel. All the lights are timed and shuts off after 20 ish minutes. Except the nightstand lamp and the desk corner lamp.... Those are manual. The AC is set at 68, I was freeeeeezing when I got in here, but I appreciate the existence of a working AC. Also, keep in mind the AC is quite loud. I woke up a few times in the middle of the night. Also the walls are thin you can hear your neighbors and upstairs. The hotel provides DOVE brand shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion. The complimentary breakfast is decent , I mostly enjoyed the cheese omelette . Oatmeal is basic, potatoes are most likely air fried, coffee is watery....(light strength). But overall decent , free breakfast. Make sure to thank the cook! Hotel smell is quite nice, low key reminds me of Las Vegas ..... also the location is smack dab in the middle of everything you need....Costco, Trader Joe's, in and out. Very convenient location. We are IHG rewards members and stay at Holiday Inn Express hotels as our preferred place when we travel. This was a one night stay on a Sunday to a Monday. We knew about the hotel being remodeled and that part we were OK with. We came in rather late on Sunday and were given keys to our room. The room smelled funny - something between stagnant water and mold, but we opened the window and hoped for the best. The toilet only half way flushed - I know low flush toilets, but this one basically did not remove the waste - so kind of gross. Then we tried to turn on the TV. It turned on, but would not connect to internet so we could not stream anything and then even the regular channels were unavailable. We called down to the desk and the young lady came up eventually, futzed with the TV for a minute and said there was nothing she could do. We asked for a different room, but were told there were no rooms....really on a Sunday night? We got no help and no support. We left a message with the front desk to have the manager call us on Monday, but have not heard back. When I tried to call the number on the managers card, I was told that the phone was not in service....hmmm. We left and went to the Holiday Inn Express in Murietta. Most likely we will not be staying here again and I recommend that neither do you. read more

The checkin in/ out was very quick and easy. Very nice and helpful staff. Lobby, dinning area, halls, rooms, everywhere was clean. We only had 2 problems 1 was the pillow case was dirty when we got in but they quickly brought a new one. Our 2nd problem was the shower had a big crack in and it seemed to be taped up. It felt very unstable to take a shower. I felt like I couldn't move or else it would start to bend really bad. Other than that the room was clean and stocked up. We didn't want our room cleaned just yet (wasn't dirty) but needed fresh towels and the lady brought them up right away and was very kind. The food in the dinning room was very good, they had lots of options. I was glad to be able to choose from different things. The lady who was working in the dining area was constantly checking on the food and restocking and cleaning the area which was great to see. Overall we had a great stay. read more

Don't know where to start we were attending a wedding in Temecula on April 26,2025. So we made reservations on March 23,2025 for two nights . On April 7,2025 we didn't need the second night so we modified our reservation. The young girl we spoke to informed us that the price would be $246 . As that was the price was when we made the reservation per night mind you we had a email stating that price. When arriving on April 26th the young girl behind the counter gave us an outrages price of $386 for one night all hotels around were booked so had no choice but to pay this price . Asked to speak to manager was told she wouldn't be in until that Monday they wouldn't even give manager name. On top of the price issue we get to the room to find a wet dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door no bath towels or hand towels in the bathroom. No ironing board and we had to iron clothes for a wedding went to front desk didn't say sorry about the towels and then told me they had no extra ironing boards . To top it off there was a crack in the sink and the desk was all sticky had to clean it then I looked up and on the ceiling red stuff splattered all over . Monday I spoke to manager Yesenia she was quick to tell me she wouldn't do anything for us even though we had a email stating the price also for all the issues in the room they don't even accommodate us anything for the disgusting room . So I had no choice but to call corporate and that was a joke not sure why they have a corporate office I had to call three time to finally be told all they could do was to ask the hotel it's self to refund us or offer us something . Now mind you I was only asking for them to honor the $219 that we were to pay . I guess the next step is contacting the BBB. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. read more

I had a great stay here at the holiday Inn express. The staff is friendly, especially Nathan. Nathan was awesome and very helpful! Breakfast was great , the rooms were clean and comfy. My kids enjoyed the pool, and we were about 6 minutes away from Old Town Temecula. I'm definitely saying here again. read more

Do you like to eat cheeseburgers? Are you Randy from the Sunnyvale Trailer Park? If so, this luxurious hotel is perfect for you. There's a Wendy's and an In-N-Out in the parking lot. There is an impressive fountain in front of the hotel. I've stayed in rooms 316 and 319. 319 is extra plush. If you want extra space to relax, ask to stay in room 319. The beds are extremely comfortable. The breakfast is fine. Get down there early to avoid families and kids. The person who helped me at the front desk was professional and friendly. This is an excellent place to stay. The area around the hotel felt safe and relatively normal (considering it's in California). read more

I was a bit worried after reading the prior reviews, but this place is more than fine. The room was clean, spacious, and had most amenities we would want (comfortable bed/pillows, TV, mini fridge, desk/chair, hair dryer). I wish there was an in-room safe and a streaming device on the TV. The vanity area was nice for getting ready if someone else is in the shower. The breakfast was above average for most hotels, offering 2 kinds of breakfast meat, eggs, lots of pastries and other bread products, yogurt, fresh fruit, multiple juices, and coffee. I would have loved to see some healthier options (plain greek yogurt and turkey-based breakfast meat), but that's not typical and I expected that. I would also love, LOVE a latte machine. The pool area was ok. The hot tub wasn't very hot, but the pool was warm so that was nice. Didn't love the giant ash tray with cigarette butts there, but glad nobody used it while we were out there. It does close promptly when they say it will (though I think it was 9 or 10p). I would have liked a larger towel, but again--that's very typical of hotels in this price range. I never felt unsafe, and didn't see anyone suspicious wandering around like the other reviews have suggested. Glad they got that taken care of. We did try to park under a streetlight and never leave anything in our car. The photos were taken just before checkout. We did have daily housekeeping and they always made up the bed, changed out the towels, and emptied the trash cans. read more

Filthy hotel - floor hadnt been swept and there was hair all over the window seal, ground and trash under the bed. Bath and toilet had dirt and hair all over it . It reeks of cigarettes when you enter the hotel and floor levels. Don't stay here, one of the filthiest places I've ever seen read more

When I went to my hotel, there were many good things like I was so looking forward to going to the pool and having a nice relaxation after I went to my concert, but unfortunately that was not very much as a relaxation as I thought it would be when we first arrived. There was two employees at the front desk standing in front of two computer terminals however only one of them was checking people in so we had to wait in line over 20 minutes to get our hotel room key. Also, after you got back from the concert. We were freezing cold because of the overcast weather so we turned on the heater because we were obviously freezing and when we first checked in, there was already a stenchy smell of cigarettes, but by then i was already doubting not to stay but then I thought well it's only one night it's not like I'm living here forever so I let it stay but back to the point when I turned on the heater it gave an even more stenchy smell and by then it smelled like if you took a duck, grinded it up in a blender and left the bones on then put fake eyelashes and rubbed expired milk all over the duck for skin care not to be acting like I'm drunk, but that's literally what it smelled like so I'm like OK. This is actually way too bad so I sprayed my favorite soul de Janeiro perfume from Sephora and then it just smelled even worse like you took your perfume and then grounded it up with another duck and then poured old crusty milk on top So then I'm like OK well, I'm just gonna go ask the front desk if they have any other available rooms so I do just go grab all my stuff and then put it on the carts go pick it up and then I bring it over and ask if there's any like rooms available because mine smells like an old crusty duck that's poured milk multiple times with kiwis on the eyes and nail polish. It just dried so I really need to change my room at this point and then I noticed that I forgot something so I go back with my car and then I see a dead crusty cockroach and im talking like big juicy cockroach right next to me like an inch awat from me so then baddies out there. I wouldn't stay here if you definitely don't like bug encounters and dead ducks that just got those skin care done with old milk and they're dried up so definitely don't come here. and yes, I am a nine-year-old writing this read more

Older building but Clean room, a/c worked and you could tell they had recently painted. Parking lot felt safe and right next to the mall, Target and several restaurants. Not bad for the price and the free breakfast had a variety of options including fruit, pancakes, oatmeal, cereal etc. read more
