The hotel also has a kitchenette in each room with microwave, stove and fridge along with pots, pans, plate and silverware making it easy to save a little money. The room was comfortable and quite and a great place to relax after a full day. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! Great neighborhood and convenient to the tube, pubs and shops. We have stayed at Four Season…read moreproperties, Mandarin Orientals, etc so we know 5 star, and Hotel 41 is on another stratosphere from even those brands and experiences. There is no where else I would stay if I was in London again. The layout of the property very much lends itself to a VIP feel. The entrance is an unassuming set of double doors next to the more obvious hotel entrance to the Rubens property. You can really only tell you're at Hotel 41 from its banner flying above and it requires a hotel key card to even access the building. Once inside, you are whisked up to the fifth floor. The entire boutique hotel takes up only this floor so its very easy to navigate and also very intimate. The lobby and restaurant of the hotel called the Executive Lounge is where the staff will bring you for check in, complete with some Rosé or champagne and a tour of the property and your room. This is where you'll get your intro to how fabulous the staff are. Initially there was some confusion about who we were. They thought we were some couple when we entered the hotel and then "the Parkers" when we were taken to the lounge. Only one other instance when a note was sent to our room for the "Bubs" were we mis-labeled but I really can't fault them for that because other then these 3 instances, every single staff member knew our names and would greet us instantly by those names. HOW are you guys this good! I understand if staff we came in contact with previously would know our names and that its a smaller hotel but the fact that ALL the staff, even people we hadn't met yet knew our names! Get outta town; THAT is service! Then there are the amentities which we took full advantage of. Get yourself well acquinted with the Executive Lounge because you don't want to miss out on this gem. The plunder pantry here is such a treat with all the quality hot and cold free food you can get anytime of day. We loved ending the night here grabbing some free ice cream to take to our rooms as a night cap or getting some free sparkling or still water. Also don't miss having breakfast here. I can say that there was nothing quite like cozying up on a comfy couch during a rainy morning with the water tapping on the skylight above, enjoying some warm tea and delicious food around the rich mahagony and books of the study. Its the best way to start the day! I miss that room so much even now writing this. Our room was also a quiet, great retreat to come back to after a long day of siteseeing. We were located near the elevators but surprisingly never heard a peep from them or any guests. Our windows had views of the Royal Mews though its a bit hindered by the concrete railing of the building. When we arrived there was a tray of mini desserts to welcome us (all delish!). The bed was super comfortable and I thought the room was pretty spacious. I also loved the number of outlets available for charging pretty much everywhere; we didn't even need to bring our global chargers! The only things we didn't like about our room was probably more toward us not being big international travellers and not knowing the way of things. We were really confused with how the lights worked. It seemed like you couldn't turn all the lights off unless you flicked off the master switch. I know there must have been a way to turn on/off different light combinations because of how the turn down staff would set up the room (rose petals and candles!) but we never got the hang of it. We also weren't fans of the rainfall shower heads. You get a shower and a bath/shower combo in the bathroom but we used the bath/shower combo because we kept making a slippery mess trying to keep the water from spilling out of the tub; I could see myself making an even bigger mess from the shower. The tub was also super tall to climb in and out of so you pretty much had to use the hand rail to even attempt to get in or out without slipping. Regardless of all that, it didn't put a damper on our thoughts on the property at all. The staff would leave various turn down goodies each night and one day we even came back to find a decorative tin of shortbread cookies from Buckingham Palace. The very same tin, I might add, that I had wanted to buy and had decided against because I'd already purchased a bunch of other decorative tins full of teas at other tourist sites. I never told the staff this so they must be psychic. I really can't wrap my mind around this level of service. This hotel is the end all be all of 5 star luxury hotels. It's location is steps from Buckingham Palace, many other tourist sites, and prime underground and coach stations as well as a quick walk to the West End for shows. If you are going to London do not consider anything else. You will have the best possible trip if you pick this place; I guarentee it.

They are extremely kind and personable plus the small size of the hotel allows staff to really cater to each guest and their individual needs. The 24 hour snack bar is amazing, I remember one night at around 1am I woke up feeling hungry and decided to grab a pint of ice cream. The person working in the lounge simply greeted me and helped me pick a flavor! I would go back to this place in a heartbeat. The rooms are beautiful and the black and white color scheme makes them feel very sophisticated. I am not exaggerating when I say during my stay my jaw fell to the floor many times because of how shocked I was by the quality of service and beauty of this hotel. If you are able to stay even just for few nights definitely do it!

We selected the Standard King & Double Room. The hotel has an interesting lay out, you have to drive around away from the main road to find the front door. BUT, this does not take away from how perfect the location was for our family. The hotel is very clean, has reliable AC, has delicious food available, and the rooms are spacious enough that we were not on top of each other. The hotel staff were always very welcoming and friendly to our family. There are plenty of food choices on the premises, or you can order delivery. We will definitely be staying here again on future trips. We hope you give them a try and also have a good experience.

It's about 25 min. driving to the Food Hall where is one of the famous attractions for tourists. The hotel was clean, nice decor, the staff were very polite and helpful. Rooms a nice size and comfy bed. Lots of choice for breakfast, nice to be able to use the spa facilities with the hotel. I thank you very much to the manager, staff who run the hotel perfectly. I definitely want to be back and highly recommended to all the tourists.

The hotel is located within walking distance of the tube, Oxford street with Selfridges as well as many restaurants. There is a taxi rank located right outside which was very convenient. The rooms were very comfortable with plentiful amenities like complimentary bottled water, mini fridge, robes and slippers, etc. The bed was so soft and there were a good variety of channels on the television. All staff we interacted with at the hotel were helpful and kind. There was a fire evacuation on one of the days we were there and an announcement came on the loud speaker informing us to leave and staff members guided us to the exit quickly. The buffet breakfast was nice with omelets by request, a variety of hot and cold items (bacon, sausage, eggs, hash browns, baked beans, pancakes/waffles, fresh fruit and vegetables, juices, cereal, yogurt, pastries). There were servers to clear your plates and provide drinks. We had drinks one evening at the bar and Marco was such an entertaining and efficient bartender. My studio facing the rear was very quiet and featured air conditioning which was perfect for the heatwave where it got up to 30C during the day... The studio was compact with usable water pressure in the handheld shower. There was a bottle of body wash cum shampoo along with a mini bar of soap inside the loo. The closet featured a digital safe along with an extra blanket and ironing board. The kitchen was fully equipped with crocket, hood, convectional oven, and mini fridge. There was also a glass bottle of water along with a small biscuit on the kitchen counter upon entry. The staff also left a personalized computer typed note welcoming me along with a few mini packs of Jelly Bellies, a nice touch. The TV featured mainly British channels with little to no International Business channels that I could locate. There was also Chromecast that was integrated with the TV. The bed was comfortable with a relatively firm mattress. The windows were able to be opened and would disable the A/C. Wifi was complimentary and reliable The Laundrette in the basement was scheduled using the app and had wipes next to the washing machine. A £5 load of laundry includes detergent and conditioner dispensed from the machine. The dryer was £4/load. Reservations for the single set of machines are done via the WeWash app. There's also a laundromat directly across the street too. The serviced apartment was very close to the Barbican tube station, a mere 3 minute walk. There are also grocery stores, cafes, and barber shops along the way to the station too. Upon arrival we were greeted by the friendliest staff who checked us in with no issues. We were offered cocktails, we were given a brief tour, and we were given London suggestions based on our likes and dislikes. The hotel itself is stunning. You don't get that stuffy cookie cutter hotel feeling... it's chic and artsy and fun. The rooms were incredible. The amenities plentiful and the utmost quality. And the art... the art is everywhere and it's a vibe. The hotel location is conveniently located just a block from the river Thames. It's also a short walk to the Tate Modern, Burrough Markets, Flibe Theater, the London Eye, Big Ben, etc. for anything else you're a short walk from many train stations (Black Friar, Waterloo, etc). You can also get a river cruise nearby. While we were mostly in our room just to sleep. The rooms were so fancy yet inviting. There is neat art hanging on the walls. There's complimentary chips (crisps) and chocolates in the cabinets near the mini fridge. The mini fridge is stocked with canned waters. There's also closet space, an iron, a fancy new Nespresso machine, tea options, a safe, mini fridge, etc There's a gym, a working art gallery and work space, a hip bar, and a delightful restaurant that serves both dinner and a breakfast that includes a delicious buffet. One day we were out and we came back to our room only to find that we had a bottle of champagne waiting on ice, truffles, and a thoughtful card from the staff. Another day we ran into a staff member near the hotel (not at work) who gave us more suggestions and told us that they wanted to comp our breakfast for the last couple days of our trip Some tips: Take advantage of the Mon-Thurs wine happy hour on the second floor. There is a lovely lounge and the wine pours freely for an hour. Mingle with the staff and other guests. Ask the staff for local recommendations. Use the carafe water stations on each floor to bring water to your room. There is stilled and sparkling water options on tap. And in the morning as you're leaving feel free to pick up canned water (stilled or sparkling) on your way out. Also, if it's raining there are complementary umbrellas you can borrow on your way out. The Bankside Autograph Collection is an incredible experience. There are so many little touches that make you feel like you're not only in the best of hands, but that the staff has gone above and beyond to make you feel like you're royalty. I have been a guest there for countless stays and each experience has been marvelous. My room was absolutely spotless, with a wonderful bustling street view from my window. My bed and linens were very soft and comfortable as they always are. I appreciate a bright, well-lit bathroom, which was the case and was very roomy and well appointed with nice amenities like shampoos and vanity items. A hot-rail kept the plush towels cozy. I had breakfast included, and the restaurant was very clean and had great service. It is a beautiful breakfast buffet with an incredible selection hot breakfast foods like eggs, potatoes, meats and grilled mushrooms and tomatoes. Also a wonderful assortment of fresh pastries, cheeses, cereals and fruits. I appreciated the different types of juices that were available. There is a huge assortment of different coffees and teas. You need to stand at the machine that will dispense your choice of beverage. Not that long ago there was a carafe of coffee or pot of tea brought to your table, but this is no longer the case. Cecelia, who is the manager of the hotel restaurant, does the most outstanding job and she will make sure that every guest is completely comfortable and happy and has exactly what they want to make the morning rock. Geetha and Sneha are a couple of stand-out staff at the restaurant and always made sure of my comfort. The location is great - right near museums, shopping, and important sights. Also the underground tube station is about a five minute walk away At the front desk is the wonderful Rishave and Viswanth. Viswanth was extremely helpful in arranging my actual booking of my reservation. Unfortunately, I could not collect rewards/points because I did not make my reservation online. This could be an area of improvement as I was not aware that this was the only way I could collect points/rewards. This hotel is almost my home away from home because I feel so comfortable and well taken care of. It's the only place that I will ever book when I am visiting in London. We got a family room (2 adults and 2 children) and the room was very roomy. Shampoo and soap were supplied in large dispensing bottles. I'm not sure if this a European thing but they had a towel warmer that I absolutely loved! Thankfully we were just one floor up and our room was near the stairs. Otherwise the layout of rooms was somewhat confusing. Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. I'm lobby, they always had 3 different flavored drinks. The computers in the business room had issues Location-wise we were happy. Close to Natural History Museum and Kensington Palace/Hyde Park. Close to Gloucester Underground. Lots of restaurants, grocery stores were nearby. I'd definitely recommend it.
