Look for small Sofitel sign. Take lift to Level 1. Once on Level 1, you'll see a big sign for Sofitel. Rooms spacious. We have a room on the interior (view of hotel area, no direct sunlight). Rooms are pretty quiet with no noise from airplanes. US outlet available on desk, but it did not work. Bring your adapter. Bathroom spacious, great water pressure. A/c was lovely, no fan noise. Easy to get to Tube and Elizabeth Line. I would stay here again.

Staff left out water for us throughout the weekend which was nice and cold and kept everyone hydrated. Bathrooms were always clean and never shy of any toilet paper which was nice as the event was fairly large and people were in and out of the bathroom all day. I did use the elevator to get something from my friend's room as she was staying at the hotel. The elevator won't work without a keycard. That's important as it's a safety precaution. The hotel is also centrally located and near the bus stop. Not a bad choice !
