    Gluten free beer!!
    Sara M.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE! I have been gluten free my whole life & this was the first time I had good gluten free beer. It made me so happy. The beer was delicious. The food truck has the best gluten free nachos too. It was so nice to know everything was gluten free and didn't need to worry about it since I'm celiac. The patio was so fun to sit at and chat with my two friends. The music was also such a vibe. All around a great gluten free brewery. The people working were just so nice, inviting, & friendly. I loved my whole experience here at Holidaily Brewing in Golden!

A dedicated gluten free brewery - sign me up!!!! Usually when i go to breweries I'm in a corner sipping on my flavorless hard seltzer but not at Holidaily brewing!!! They had a variety of beers and all tasted great. They have a nice little seating area inside plus some outdoor seating. They are also pet friendly so bring your dogs and enjoy the chill ambience. The service is friendly and quick. We got a flight and they brought it out to our table. They have a dedicated gluten free food trucks outside for everyone to enjoy. You can check the food trucks that'll be available on the calendar posted on their website.

Planned on going for a hike nearby, got rained out so went searching for a place where we could bring the doggo - cue Holidaily! They allow dogs inside and outside which is a huge plus for us (and many folx in CO, I reckon). Staff is super friendly and it seems they have a good amount of happening ons throughout the week, plus a pretty solid happy hour! Our dog can be wary of strangers but she was good with all the employees, which = good vibes. The beers and kombucha were unique, tasty, and gotta love the fact their gluten free. My only qualm is that they don't offer any non-beer alcoholic options. My husband can't do beer for health reasons and so we have a strong preference for places with a seltzer or hard kombucha option. Maybe someday?? Either way I'll be back with the doggo :)

I love the brewery! It's my absolute favorite beer. The vibe is amazing and they have TVs to watch any sports. The bartender was so kind and will definitely return.

Good beer, good people, dogs and food trucks! What can go wrong?! Great place to come chill!

Excellent little gluten free craft brewery. We ordered a flight with one of each of the gluten free beers available. Service was very prompt and friendly. The inside of the brewery was small but perfect for us, with a few tables and bar seating as well. It was a perfect place to pass an hour or two in the afternoon sharing conversation and some delicious beers. The Riva Stout and the pumpkin beer were especially delicious!

There are times when you stumble upon some seriously badass people, and badass breweries, and today was one of those magical encounters. The team at Holidaily Brewing in Golden is the epitome of good ol' American grit and determination. These ladies have crafted an extraordinary brand that has won me over completely. I raise my glass high and toast to the incredible crew. They've earned every ounce of success, and I can't wait to see what they conquer next. Cheers!

Allows dogs inside! Loved the beers and was surprisingly satisfied with the vegan food truck they had. Didn't realize there was a back room until we left though.

Enjoying the gluten free Riva Stout!

Second time experience with this brewery and I liked what I had better this time. The Riva Stout was what we enjoyed. It was nice, dark and had all the traits a stout should have and it was gluten free!

This brewery couldn't get any better! I recently found out I have Celiac and as a huge beer lover I was very upset to give up that part of my life but after finding Holidaily I don't have to! We got the "all in" flight which is all 12 beers on tap for around $25 (definitely worth it). Each one of these tasted exactly like their type of beer (IPA, stout, blonde, etc). You would never know they were all gluten free. They also have only GF food trucks on the weekend that I can't wait to try! We sat on the back patio and the bartender walked us through their brewery and explained their process and where they brew everything. He also sat down and gave me GF recommendations!! We absolutely will be returning! We can't say enough about how wonderful it is!

We decided to come here after hiking some of the trails in Golden and have decided this is our new go to visit when we are in the area. The beer is good when compared to any beer, not just good gluten free beer. If you are gluten free, then you know what I mean. The set up is pretty typical to a brewery where they have plenty of outdoor picnic tables outside in addition to some outside seating. The day we went was about 65*, so perfect for enjoying their outdoor picnic tables. Seasonally right now they have a pumpkin ale, which has just the right amount of fall flavors; the pumpkin is not too overpowering. This was just one of the flavors that we were able to try with their tastings. Since it was a Saturday, we were lucky enough to enjoy one of the food trucks that parks outside the brewery on the weekends. Dedicated Bistro & Bakery is an entirely gluten free food truck. The owners are a husband and wife. They were so kind as to share the flour that they use with me, although I'm not sure I would be able to get it in Indiana. She mentioned that her goal, being gluten free, is to be able to share delicious food that gluten free people normally can't have. We got the loaded fries and fried pickles, which were equally amazing and while they were fried they tasted so fresh!

    Riva Stout.
    JoAnn H.

Smaller brewery. Hubby and I like to find all the new ones we can as we travel. The Riva Stout descriptions boasts a smooth finish but I'll have to disagree. I wish I could have done a sample. Not a favorite and I love stouts and am a big fan of dark chocolate. Hubby had the grapefruit IPA. Going going gone. He liked it. We will have to come back and try out some others.

Agree with the previous Yelpers.... The GF beer selection is a plus. I've had many a beer since moving to this amazing state and can share that these beers are great. I actually am not an IPA gal but Randy's IPA and the Confidence Booster Double IPA have suck a sweet, smooth finish that I almost forgot I was drinking an IPA. Nice job!! If you're a low IBU girl, their Belgian Buckwit, the Glutopia Saison and the Beulah Red are great. Totally an industrial area but with their beers, the great outdoor area and their dedication to brewing, you'll find something here ya like!

There was a food truck serving Turkish doner kebabs that were really delicious. We'll happily return to this excellent establishment the next time the winds blow us to Golden.

We ended up finding two seats adjacent to a larger group. Aside from a lack of seating, the other drawback is no TVs in the main room, so if you're wanting to watch anything (such as the NFL playoffs on this day) you're out of luck. On the bright side, they had a great beer selection...five different malts, so we started with a flight. In order of preference: * Maple bourbon pecan brown * Tmave pivo dark Czech lager * Up and about mocha stout * Black planet imperial porter * Rambler American amber One note, if what we got was actually the Rambler, it's the worst amber we've ever had. It tasted more like an IPA, which we both hate, than an Amber. Didn't care for this one at all. After finishing the flight, we each had a Czech lager followed by the pecan brown. The more of the lager I drank, the less I liked it. It was fine, but not sure I'd get it again. All in all, cool place with good beer. Especially on a nice day where you can sit outside.

In order to partake in the beer option, you need to get a card that you can tap to the machine and you pay per the ounce. They have other drinks beside beer on tap as well such as different types of cocktails. They have a great food selection. That includes many different varieties of food throughout the venue as well. The top floor also has a few additional beer options as well as food options. I decided to go with a barbecue option which I got a brisket sandwich which was really good as well as a side of fries and some of the barbecue sauce. I also got a beer on top from one of the local breweries. It was a chilly day out, but I still wanted to sit on the patio on the top deck, so we sat by a fireplace. They have a ton of different fireplaces, all throughout the top deck as well as the lower deck as well so sitting outside was an option for the time of the year that I was there which was March. Maybe in the dead of the winter they don't have this option but just keep that in mind. Anyways, I thought the view of the course brewery factory right across the way was really cool to see as well. The food was really good and I love getting beer by the ounce because if you don't like the beer, you can just get a different one and you don't have to make a whole glass pour every time you get one. I definitely would recommend the golden mill. It definitely seems like a place that a lot of locals hang out and there is a food or beverage option for everyone so even picky eaters would love this place. I am familiar with food halls at home in Boulder that I like and frequent regularly. This was nothing like them in so many ways. It was obvious that this is lived locally but in a holiday it was so ham packed that it was unpleasant for a newcomer to negotiate. Yes, for beer lovers the concept of self serve from the many taps and pay by the ounce Baxter so many in stock is novel, but I don't drink beer or margaritas and I could not find a simple ice tea. There were sodas from a machine which also did not suit me either. The concept of the scan card seems good for the cafeteria atmosphere and the beer supply but the food places did take credit cards, where at least you see the receipt etc. you leave the card in a box when you leave and they charge the credit card you entered to get it. No real review apparently by the customer. Most of the food I saw in menus and the tables were not my style either, huge portions of mediocre looking food. My husband had trouble figuring it part of the ingredient in the biggest burrito I have ever seen. He could not pick it up fore the crema decorating the tortilla which was thicker than any I've ever seen. On the other hand, my food was fairly good though grease dripped out at every bite. It was a Gordita made with crisp little corn cakes and the al pastor filling was tasty. The others in the group all had large portions of unappealing to me food so I did not taste and far too. Big for a healthy lunch. While we were eating at compared communal tables , the restrooms across from them were propped open for the steady stream of users. But on a holiday weekend a prime lunch time when we arrived, it was the only option. The entry line to get the pay card was nearby and the line went up the stairs to the entry with at least 20 to get and register the card, many with children in tow. Our guest knew where to park so that was no problem jf you are willing to pay to park for a meal. We were, but would have lived a quality meal and not a madhouse. The only staff person I spoke with because her food was dessert and not peak season for ice cream was so friendly and helpful and mad a custom snack size of her New Zeland style treat. She saved the day for me. I will not return but others in our party might should the occasion arise and clearly the locals who are regulars keep them well supported. I will stick with my local more intimate and curated food hall kitchens.

The first we went from a dark beer to a light beer which I know is out of the proper order but that is just how it shook out. We had the Coco Firenze which was a coconut porter. I do like my dark beers on rainy days and this enjoying this one was timed just right as we were getting plenty of rain fall from where I was! The next beer was OYB Pilsner.
