We rented a house in Eastham a month ago and got iced coffee here every morning. It was good and strong. And we got donuts on more days than I like to admit. They were so big and yummy! I liked every one I tried, especially Boston Cream and jelly. read more

Legit best craft donut on cape with killer cold brew as well - dont waste your time going anywhere else

Anytime I come to the Cape, I need to stop here for a jelly stick. They are the best on Cape Cod! It's a cake donut stick and has a genre portion of what I believe to be just red jelly (no real flavor to it), but its good. Then this delicacy is covered in super fine sugar. Worth every calorie! In addition to these wonderful donuts, I had them make a specialty cake from my mothers birthday. I would definitely order another cake from this bakery again as they made a beautiful sponge filled with a great filling and fantastic Italian buttercream. read more

‼‼Service is ANYTHING but good. Go elsewhere ‼‼‼ Went in 1st thing in the AM for coffee and donuts and the girls all seemed like we were pissing them off for ordering the most simple things. They need a lesson in people skills. Sad to see management fall apart over the years read more

it's hard to rate a donut poorly... and Hole in One was no exception! freshly made donuts, delicious coffee (hot and cold), savory croissant breakfast sandwiches, and a few benches in front to enjoy your goodies. A solid choice for a quick breakfast before hitting the beaches! read more

Fresh & delicious donuts, one of our daily visits every stay on the cape. Don't be deterred by the line outside, it goes by fast and is worth the wait. Their sour cream donuts are unmatched read more

TL;DR: long line out the door in the blistering sun combined with incorrectly made coffee and average baked goods made for an overall unpleasant and disappointing experience. It was also very busy when I went (~9:45AM). Your experience might be different. I ordered an iced vanilla latte with oat milk, and while staff was friendly and helpful even during a rush, they did not include any vanilla. The coffee is decent, but the same latte at Blue Willow Bakery is MUCH more flavorful with better quality (less watery) espresso/oat milk. I also ordered a chocolate frosted donut which was a bit too sweet for me - decent, but not worth the wait/overwhelmingly loud and busy experience. I didn't expect to wait ~20 minutes outside on a very sunny day and did not have a hat, sunglasses, or sunscreen on, and therefore was concerned about getting burnt and wished for some sort of shade. I acknowledge it's partially on me for being unprepared, but just bring whatever you need to be comfortable outside in case there's a sunny, hot wait as the building provides no shade. read more

Cute little place! Quick service. The doughnuts and coffee were also good. When we got there, the line was out the door but they moved us through quickly. read more

My absolute favorite bakery and coffee shop I've ever been to. The donuts, pastries, and coffee are all outstanding and the staff is amazing. My family has been going here for decades because we all love it so much. It's always the first place we stop when we're on the Cape. Just went last week and I already miss their food and coffee. Only wish I had one near me! read more

Best chocolate chip cookie and ice coffee ever. Broke all dietary rules to savor every bite.

Great baked items especially when bakery items are fresh- long lines are worth the wait especially when items are baked fresh each day

Can't go wrong with a coffee and donut combo from here. Staff was also really friendly and didn't hesitate when I asked for a little more oat milk in my hazelnut iced coffee. It'll definitely be my go-to spot when I return to the Cape. read more

I really wanted to take pictures of the absolutely delicious offerings at this place. I went in thinking it was a donut shop but it was so much more. The breakfast croissants were better than any I have had in this country. Bacon, egg and cheese, spinach and feta. The cinnamon coffee roll is so good, it's like a meal in itself! Service is quick, efficient and friendly. Easy in and out of decent sized parking lot snd 6am open time is a huge plus. read more

In my experience and opinion, the absolute best in bakery for the fact everything here is made fresh with care Great staff, friendly and helpful. Fantastic variety of bakery items, and great coffee! read more

Amazing, not only was their coffee delicious but their doughnuts and breakfast sandwiches were amazing. I am a huge boston crème guy and their Boston crème exceeded my expectations. That combined with my regular coffee and sand which was enough for me to drive from CT to Cape Cod everyday to eat breakfast. read more

I really don't understand the appeal of this place. My husbands family takes us here for donuts every time we visit and every time I am like, meh. They love it. There was a line out the door which isn't unusual but it went really fast, we were waited on quickly, it was pretty early so there was still a good variety. Their cake donuts are super dry and too hard on the outside. The yeast donuts are a bit better, softer but don't have much flavor and the filled ones don't have much filling. I did get a muffin for the first time, I wish I had tried these sooner. I got a Pistachio-Walnut muffin, it had great flavor, lots of walnut pieces and was soft and moist. I'd for sure go back for a muffin, I will skip the donuts from now on. read more

Good coffee, good baked goods. The blueberry corn muffin was great. Donuts are very good. The hot breakfast sandwich I got was ok, nothing special. read more

I am a donut snob. Whenever I visit somewhere I find the "best" donut spot. When i looked for one in Eastham, Mass the first on the list was Hole in One. We set our alarms on the first full day of our vacation for 5:30am. We pulled up and saw a line about 40 deep - this was a good sign! After waiting in line for well over 30 minutes, I soon discovered that good things do not always come to those who wait. The Apple fritter was certainly made yesterday and it seemed the donuts were as well. You would think that if you show up at 6am for donuts they are going to be fresh-especially on a Sunday during 4th of July weekend on Cape Cod. We sadly will not be returning. I will say that the staff was lovely and very friendly but that did not make up for the sub par donuts at hole in one. read more

Stopped at this location this past weekend as I wanted to get away from Falmouth during the hectic "Falmouth Road Race" weekend. As I love sweets & Doughnuts are up there as a favorite, when this location popped up, I knew I have to try it out. It was a long drive as they are not in a very convenient location, the donuts were really good. Fluffy, not "doughy". Well Glazed and/or frosted. Great balance between "Not to Dry" and "Not to greasy". I had to take a half dozen home with me as I knew that I would want to enjoy some more of these doughnuts later. Unfortunately I most likely won't be back, not due to anything the shop did wrong, but due to the fact the shop is 1 hour out of my way. Still worth a stop though! read more

Very nice breakfast place with a great selection. Sometimes it gets busy, but it's definitely worth the wait.

Popped in the bakery on the advice of a friend, and I'm so glad I did! By 730am the place is a flurry of activity from people lining up for declicious donuts, pastries, and coffee. I hope the toughest decisions I have to make today involve which donuts to choose. Enjoy! read more

Outstanding coffee drinks, beautiful baked good and delicious big donuts - we visited during covid and felt very safe but didn't get the full experience of a visit, we sat outside on picnic tables outside (most tables were in the sun which was hot). Prices are reasonable for the area. read more

Donuts and cupcakes and pastries, oh my! You'll find them all here as well as breakfast sandwiches, coffee, etc. You can get big breakfast takeout from the Fairway Restaurant, connected to their donut shop or grab and go here. This is my absolute favorite place for donuts! Every single one is incredible- you truly can't go wrong. But my favorites are the boston cream, the jelly stick, & the glazed. I also ordered breakfast here for the first time in years and all I can say is the loaded hash brown's is a must order! read more

Quaint little shop, great for takeout or counter service. Friendly service, excellent donuts...I'm not a honey dip guy but my wife enjoyed it. Toasted coconut was decent, but the glazed chocolate cake was the star of the show. We both also enjoyed our coffee - especially the iced...I got mine milk only and it was not at all bitter. This is in an excellent location along route 6 so stop in and fuel up for a day at the beach. read more

We sometimes bike there in the morning for breakfast, then bike back. I always get the cannoli with chocolate on the opening on the sides, and chocolate chips on the cream. The cannoli is delicious, and the sour dough doughnuts are awesome. We have gone there for years and years. Doughnuts at their best. read more

Great pastries, coffee is made with an automated machine. Would come back for a croissant/donut but skip the latte.

Referred to my by a friend who is local to the cape, but I think we went on a bad day! Everything was already sold out and not always the freshest. Coffee was solid for sure, and the service was great - price was amazing. Worth a stop for sure. It is definitely an old school spot and I will certainly swing past again, but will try to be there for 9/10am! Make a stop for sure! Red Velvet cake was a miss, donuts are better and the slice I had was incredible. read more

Best place to get coffee on the cape. There's always a line but it's always worth the wait. Their iced coffee is so good and I love that they do flavor of the day. I recently Tried the caramel foam cold brew to switch it up. The cold brew was nice and strong and just enough foam and caramel sauce to make it not overly sweet. Their donuts are so light and fluffy. The bakery case is always so impressive and loaded with different options. I wish I lived down the road from this place year round. read more

Excellent coffee - Coconut cold brew and the chai tea late are favorites in our house! I highly recommend getting the breakfast sandwich on focaccia. Only downside is they are very busy and can be a bit disorganized with their tickets so plan on waiting 45min+ for food. read more

I've been going here for about 30 years. Good donuts and coffee, friendly service, and reasonable prices. The only downside is that it gets a long line early. The upside is that you get to see friends who are also in line. Be patient and be nice to the staff and you will be rewarded with fresh baked goods and a good cup of coffee. read more

Nice little shop for donuts and baked goods attached to the fairway restaurant. I love the hazelnut twist. Same premise as a raspberry twist but with delightful hazelnuttiness. I had the cinnamon bun cappuccino. Tasted precisely like a Cinnabon but was a tad too sweet for me. The overall quality of the coffee is outstanding and they have a wide array of flavors and combinations for both hot and iced. If you have a custom cake order in mind stop in here and talk to the nice ladies about your idea. I wouldn't go ordering a giant wedding cake for 150 people at this humble store but an impressive and well thought out event cake would be a perfect spot. read more

Hands down the best donuts on the outer cape. Donuts are large, baked fresh and are not super sweet loaded with sugar. The Ham and cheese croissants are big and heated to the peak of goodness. Get there early because the line will get long quick. Oh...and the coffee is great too! read more

The donuts are really good, the homemade granola that they sell there is awesome. The coffee is ok, I like a stronger brew, but it is way better than Dunkin Donuts. It is a family business and very friendly. read more

There is a decent selection of donuts and the donuts seem to be hit or miss. We had a Boston Cream, Coconut and Chocolate, and a muffin. The Boston Cream was good, nothing to write home about. The chocolate was hit according to my kid but the coconut was a disappointment. It was very dry and we didn't finish it as a result. The muffin was ok. The iced lattes are pretty good though. read more
