My favorite is the garlic sauce ( But I am including a picture of the pineapple jalapeño bbq tofu which is also good just too spicy for me- to show portion sizes and how pretty the presentation is.) I have only been in once where my order was made with the wrong sauce, other than that it has been perfect every time. I wanted to share about a particularly great experience I had this week. I came in for dinner, and didn't realize it was 12 min from closing since I forgot it was daylight savings! I was ready to leave, but the employee there was so nice and insisted on taking my order. There was also someone at the drive through, and a couple that came in at the same time. I realized this employee was by herself when she went to the back and put together everyone's orders herself. I was so grateful for the stellar service despite being understaffed and about to close, and the food was extra delicious that night.

We are originally from Hawaii and for a place portraying Hawaiian/Polynesian food and culture we sure didn't feel the "Aloha Spirit". Their customer service was severely lacking! Then the food - we ordered the 2 meat combo plate with the garlic chicken and kalua pig, rice, mac, and sapa sui. Also, the Katsu with fries, guava cake, and mango otai. The otai and the guava cake were decent. The Katsu was cooked well, but lacked crunch. The garlic chicken and kalua pig were so dry and tasted bland. The Mac salad lacked flavor also, the sapa sui was just okay. Overall, just super disappointed in the food. We've heard about them through reels claiming they were really good. We always try to support local, especially the poly community here in Utah but our experience just wasn't the greatest. They claim to be serving "island love" but we just didn't feel it, if you decide to try them, hopefully you have a better experience.

The fish is everything you want in a fish and chips scenario and you can rest easy knowing that what's under the breading is fresh and high quality. They offer lots of delicious dipping sauces including sriracha mayo, sweet chili, and of course malt vinegar (I bring my own). The non-creamy coleslaw is a refreshing option with a honey sesame sauce you pour yourself as you're ready to eat to keep it crispy. Personally I prefer a more traditional thick cut "chip," but their thin cut fries are crispy (lightly breaded) and piping hot when served. Don't forget to try their cane sugar sodas. The strawberry and root beer are so delicious we've been getting extra to take home. Service is helpful, friendly and orders get turned around reasonably quickly. Definitely worth checking out when they're in town!
