The Riverdale road owner seemed nice so I don't want to send him a bad review over something that wasn't communicated to him. We won multiple gift certificates. After multiple promises from the company they'd ship them to us, we never got one. They are full of lies and a couple of hours that was supposed to be fun turned extremely frustrating and they'll never have my business again. I also will tell anyone I know it's not a company that should be supported.

I checked my account and noticed I was charged a dollar more than remembering what I saw on the screen. We then asked for a receipt and we saw she had added on a tip. I am really disappointed and irritated with this behavior, it's so disrespectful. I was going to tip cash but like I said when I noticed the interaction was strange I felt like she had taken the liberty to do it herself. I would hope that I can get in contact with somebody about this! Also, our Ice took a little while to come out because the two workers (mainly the girl who took my order) were having a water fight and throwing water on the guy (who was the only one working)!
