Lead employee said the owner usually emails the order. No apology. While waiting, i ordered for myself (paid for it). I asked for a water cup. Employee stated "there is one right there", which appeared to be used. There were no napkins in two of two napkins holders. To top it off, one employee cussed (children in the store). Although the store is cute and well thought out, with four employees, and doing nothing-I'd be surprised if this business lasts. I hope the donuts make my grandson happy.
