    (Not) Spicy beef ramen
    Nunki W.

I've been waiting for a year for this place to open. Always passed by it whenever I'm in the area. Today is the soft opening, first day open! So excited, a real opening not an April fools day! I guess this makes me to have high standards. We ordered harumaki and spicy beef ramen and kumquat lemon. Coming in there are quite a few people already, I guess words travel fast. It's obvious they still try to get hang of it. Took a while before they came to take the drink order. When they finally came around we are ready with the food. Harumaki is ok, standard spring rolls. The kumquat lemon a letdown. All I can test is jasmine flavored. It's not bad but not what I expected. The ramen... a really big letdown.... The noodles good, I really like it but the broth, the beef... sigh... it's not rich and too much cilantro. I like cilantro on pho not ramen just changed it plus the broth not rich enough it just meh. You only get a thin one piece puny beef flavorless. The big rib? It just a boiled piece of meat! It is soft enough again no flavor. I added ear mushrooms as toping, mushrooms good and lastly... is NOT spicy at all! None, not a hint! I saw chili on top of noodles but yeah it just decorations. I won't buy this particular ramen but I'm willing to comeback and trying different one. Maybe they be better. Until next time... and I will update the review then... hopefully I can give a better Star. Oh the restaurant atmosphere is nice.

Visited this recently opened Ramen/sushi joint for a birthday dinner with friends yesterday and loved it! The food was delicious - my only word of warning so that the spicy ramen is VERY spicy. On the menu it said you could specify the spice level but we weren't asked and realized that too late so it was HOT but still very delicious. The crab rangoon was a real highlight - the oily are fried in was very clean. The bao buns were also delicious. We only tried one sushi role (blanking on which one) and it was lacking a bit of flavor but tasted fresh. I'll definitely be back to try some more menu items!

If you're sensitive to spice, I'd recommend going with no heat at all. The dining area was pretty quiet with only a few people inside, though they seemed to be busy with takeout orders. I tried the lemonade, which was really tasty, but $10 felt a bit pricey. My only complaints are the use of plastic utensils, which made it a bit tricky to eat, and the volume of the TV--it was quite loud and distracting. Overall, the food was excellent, but a few small tweaks could really improve the dine-in experience.

We opted for 3 Boils and 1 Jerk. Took about 15min to prepare which wasn't bad at all. The price was a bit pricey but you definitely get what you pay for and your money worth! The portion is eat some until you're full and leave with some for later(yeah those kind of portions)! The staff were very friendly and asking our feedback. Everyone enjoyed their bowl of choice!!! The atmosphere of this place was very clean, spacious and good music playing. I definitely would recommend this place and look forward to coming back to try some other options! Thank You again Da Eatz! The hospitality was amazing...

I went with my usual favorite with the lemongrass beef banh mi, while my wife opted for the chicken ramen. We ordered it for pick up and it was ready so quick. I am a creature of habit, when I find something I like, I usually eat that every time. That's the case with the banh mi. The flavor of the beef is phenomenal here. The toppings are always fresh here too, making this sandwich one of the best. My wife also loved her chicken ramen and said it was one the best she's ever had. Excited to see how the new bistro they are moving into soon keeps churning out great food and excellent service.

First thing to note is if you're coming here parking choices are limited as it's on the corner of Broadway and School St. I believe I heard they're moving into the Village Of Lancaster that should help, but FYI. Arrived about the time my food was supposed to be ready ( 25 Mins after ordering ) and was told it'd be right out. Sat and waited another 10 minutes and finally received my food. Dug in to the Banh Mi and while it was tasty, it was half cold....probably due to the fact it sat and waited while the spring rolls I ordered were ready ( which were piping hot when I got them ). Tasty sandwich but how hard can it be to time the food together if this is what you do all day / every day. Disappointed. Gave them 3 Stars because the food itself was tasty, but wanted to give them 5 Stars but simply wasn't enough to compel me to give them another try
