This is a walk in, order at the counter and fix your own drink kind of place. I ordered the pulled pork plate with fries and beans. It came with a mountain of pork. I do a lot of BBQ myself so I am pretty picky. This was done right. The pork was pulled at the right temp so it came off stringy like it is supposed to be not chopped up. The fries were fresh and hot. The beans have a good flavor and had the thickness of gravy. Every bit of the food was fantastic. Although you order at the counter there is service at the table. A young lady was checking quality at every table and cleaning tables when people leave. The music in the store is contemporary Christian. My husband and I often frequent this spot for the grilled chicken tenders, grilled 1/2 chicken and ribs, crinkle fries and their delectable garlic bread. You order at the counter and they give you a number. We had not been sitting long before the food came out. The pork was cooked perfectly. The ribs were fall off the bone good. They were able little saltier than I like but we're really good. We were here about an hour before closing and everyone was super friendly and very helpful. It was quiet with soft music playing. Sampler platter was really good. My husband got the chicken tenders and he was not happy. They were very hard and fried to death. We both got a side order of onion petals. They were probably good around lunchtime but laying under a heat lamp tends to make them tough with no taste. read more

The name scared me but I was really in the mood to try actual southern cuisine while in the actual South! So glad I did! The pork ribs were meaty tender savory to the point of being unforgettable!!! NOTHING like pork ribs I avoid and NEVER will buy in Maryland or other areas close to the Mason Dixon line. Plus, the staff at HogNBones is sooooo cordial both on the phone and in person! The barbecue sauce is delicious and of high quality! Shockingly good tasting delicious food! I placed my order from the app and when I pulled up to the designated space, it was brought out to me by a lovely hostess who set it on the seat. Just about as close to contactless as you can get. Back at the hotel room, I unwrapepd and dug in. First off, the chicken wings. Not covered in more than the right about of sauce, very tasty. Meaty and delicious. I ate the full set. Yum. Second course, the pulled pork salad. A hefty portion but I would declare the pork to have been a little bit dry. Some sauce (and I had a blue cheese dressing) really helped. So I tell the girl at the window I want Mac and cheese with my quesadillas. I get to the paying window and she asks me if want Mac and cheese or Green beans. Two words, mmm good, I was reluctant to give the place a try due to some of the unfavorable reviews, I threw caution to the wind and flew in, and I am so happy that I did. It's the area's latest addition to chain BBQ, with a breakfast menu. I used the drive-thru (GitnGo) to place my order and they were busy, well worth the wait. I ordered the sample platter, it comes with three meat choices and two sides with bbq bread, it was fresh, hot, and smelled delicious. The meats (chicken, ribs, pulled pork) had a subtle smokey flavor, very tender and moist, the chicken was especially good, cooked perfectly with crispy skin on the outside, the bbq bread is exceptionally good, with crunchy texture around the edges, buttery soft in the center, the side dishes of green beans and mac-n- cheese was seasoned well and packed with a nice punch of flavor. They offer several sauces to choose from, including the hogriginal, which was quite tantalizing not too sweet nor too spicey. They offer catering as well as piglet meals for the little ones, they also offer online ordering, it was so nice I tried it twice, went back the next day for the grilled chicken meal which was equally fresh, and tasty, added the desert of banana pudding onto the order, it was very good, not a traditional pudding it more like whip cream over banana pudding with a few cookie crumbles tossed in. read more

Had the short stack pancakes with scrambled eggs and sausage. The breakfast, very good and enjoyable. Eggs and pancakes were delicious. The sausage was good too only that I found it to taste more like the ones you get at Cracker Barrel. Had my breakfast with a peach ice tea which I found to be a little too sweet for my taste. We are visiting Georgia from Florida on vacation and have NOTHING like this in Florida. We loved it so much we ate there twice on a three night stay. The drive thru was fast and accessible. The ribs and pulled pork were delicious and tender. You could pull the bone out of the ribs the meat was so tender and smoked. I have been to this location a couple of times. The food is very good and large portions. They have a pretty vast menu including the usual chicken, pork, and beef. Ribs and pulled pork are very good. The chicken has a good smoky flavor and tender and juicy. The also have quesadillas for that finicky eater. The selection of BBQ sauces is ok with Hot, Original, Sweet, and one other. A good selection of sides including battered fries and the Mac-n-cheese which is very good. Something for everyone and plenty of seating and has two fountain drink machines so you don't have to wait in line. I will be back and I would recommend it. read more

I came here with high hopes but left with extreme disappointment. I got the boneless hot buffalo wings with a baked potato. What I received was 10 plain chicken nuggets that were smaller and worse than McDonald's. The potato was good but it's hard to mess up a baked potato.
