Its consistency was exceedingly thin and watery, akin to diluted milk, and it was entirely devoid of any distinct flavor profile. Furthermore, the oysters themselves regrettably still retained an unappealing sliminess from their shells, indicating they had not been thoroughly cleaned. This dish fell far below expectations. Conversely, the salad bar offered a mostly positive experience. The array of options was generally appealing, and the majority of the ingredients appeared vibrant and fresh. My only reservation was the condition of the lettuce, a significant portion of which exhibited noticeable brown discoloration, suggesting it was no longer at its freshest. Some observations I made during our last couple of stops at locations during our trips: The portions of the sides are now much smaller. The corn bread is smaller and the biscuits are also smaller and not as lite and flavorful as before. The service is OK, but there is no attention to checking on the meals after served and no offers to bring a drink refill or more biscuits. We may start looking for other places to stop.
