In response to that he told me about a month prior to my wedding that the price per plate goes up if that many people decline (this was never in any of the contracts or emails). I let it go as about a month before my wedding, I had bigger fish to fry. Day of my wedding the food tasted great, he told me at the end "they cleared me out! There are no leftovers. I usually make a quarter pound of meat per person but I made half a pound for yours." That was it, I was excited and told him I would send a tip to him post-wedding. Fast forward to the day after my wedding and was informed by family that the last two tables of my wedding got absolutely no meat and just beans and coleslaw left. Mind you we had 3 meats and 5 sides, buffet style. One of my cousins asked the owner where more food was as he began stating that men were piling food high. To which she pointed out there were no serving restrictions or servers serving to stop this from occurring. I was embarrassed and tried emailing to the owner to rectify the situation as 20 people of the 160 who showed didn't get fed. And I paid for 180. The owner has not responded at all. It has been over 2 months since my wedding. Definitely would not cater through them again.

This place is a joke. I had a 1/4 cow processed by these morons; it was 262 lbs hanging weight. It…read morewasn't super fatty. I told them I wanted my brisket and as many steaks and roasts as possible, and the rest could be burger. I went to pick it up, and they kept a ton of the meat. I ended up with exactly 151 lbs wrapped, no brisket, and 60 lbs of it was burger; that's a 111 lb loss. It's illegal to include all of the wrapping in the finished weight, and most of the roasts and all of the sirloins had massive bones in them; I lost over 30 lbs in weight just from bones, and yes, I weighed the bones after prepping the meat. I know all the wrapping doesn't weigh much, but it adds up with 60 lbs of burger, and every one of them was under 14 oz after removing the plastic and paper wrapping, and then 91 lbs of roasts and steaks that were wrapped with two or three times as much heavy plastic wrap and paper probably lost 35-40 lbs in total weight, not including, however, how much meat they fucking stole from me and my 3 friends that took the other ¾ of the cow, and none of them got their briskets. They tried telling me the average weight of a quarter cow is 150 lbs. That is true for a normal-sized 800 lb cow, but this one weighed 1048 lbs hanging weight, and the assholes charged for the finished wrapped weight, which is also illegal.
