After all, this a daily 6:00 A.M. shotgun start for regular customers that are typecast by sight, sound and a specific alcohol preference. Despite the hardcore nature of Noonan's appearance, the sun was shining and the natives were friendly. My guess this is a mom and pop operation that upholds an order of professionalism. The place is worn as hell but impeccably clean. All bars have a niche.
