When picking up my car I asked about the breaks, I was told the front breaks were close to needing replacement but wouldn't need them until the next oil change. I asked what could be causing the grinding and was told it was metal fibers in the break pads. I left feeling a little better I had checked on my car for the safety of my family but still felt the grinding when breaking. 1 week later and I looked closely at my front rotor and see it's shredded. I'm so disgusted that these men would let me leave with an unsafe car and basically diminished my concerns. I will never return.

Really don't know what to think. Brought my son's car in for a routine oil change since our…read moreregular auto mechanic was away. It came back with a recommended $5100 report worth of needed work even though the car has been running totally fine. They were ready to do it and we opted to pick up the car instead. We took the car back to our regular mechanic who said it could use new tires and brakes within the next couple of months but the car is in fine condition. The reviews on here are good so I have no idea what this was all about but please use discernment with their recommendations!

I was disappointed with my experience. I called because I wanted a professional opinion on whether…read moremy brakes actually needed to be replaced. During the phone conversation, I was not informed that there would be a $50 inspection fee just for looking at the vehicle. After inspecting my car, I was quoted approximately $1,500 for pads and rotors on all four wheels. Since that was a significant expense, I wanted to get a second opinion before committing to the repair. At that point, I was told I owed $50 for the inspection. My frustration is not with charging a diagnostic fee itself, but with the fact that it was never discussed beforehand. Had I been informed of the fee when I scheduled the appointment, I could have made an informed decision. Transparency about costs upfront is important, and unfortunately that was missing from my experience.

It is generally a very stressful experience, as most people know. But this was the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had and my wife agreed with me. They had the vehicle that I wanted and the advertised price was the price I paid. I had a quote from Kelly Blue Book for the value of my trade in and they honored the quote. I didn't have to haggle and there was no game playing or upselling of any kind. Our sales person, Tyler Patirdi, was courteous, pleasant and so very easy to work with and he went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy and satisfied. He even called us two days later to see how we were enjoying the vehicle and to find out if we had any questions. I have already recommended Abeloff and Tyler to friends and family and it is my pleasure to give them a 5 star review. If I buy a car in the future, Abeloff will be my first outreach as I will gladly drive an hour to be treated this well by a car dealer. Take my word for it, you won't be sorry.
