I drive over an hour to get look at a spartan mower. Overall the experience was great. They took the time to explain everything to me never felt pressured to buy a bigger model. I felt they were strictly giving the information I needed so that I could make an informed decision. Price was the best I found around. I added a few small upgrades at a super reasonable price. All the staff I met were very polite. The other shoppers that stopped while I was there seemed very happy with their service as well. I never thought I would come back after my purchase just because of the drive but I think I was wrong. This place is definitely a great mom and pop shop that I wish we had in my home town.

After using the bet to search for a repair center, came upon this small, independent shop. I always use "local" when I can and try to stay away from the huge, big box companies. Took this saw to them & within 15 minutes, Len had the saw repaired plus he patiently answered all my questions. When i asked what the charge was, he stated that there would be "no charge" as he also learned about my saw. This would help him should he ever encounter this item/problem again. I have a 2 lawn mowers & 1 snow blower needing repair & this "local" company WILL be getting all my business in the future.
