Fantastic job. Got my snowblower working like brand new! Quick to respond. Great price. Open and honest about what he can and can't do!

Can't say enough about the work they did. Brought my 1976 Yamaha xs650 here after searching for…read moresomeone to work on it. Needed to have the bike timed and carbs tuned. They had it for 2 days (end of the season) and it was done. I owned a 2003 sportster before that I bought new and it never ran as good as what I have now. They did a phenomenal job. I wouldn't think twice about taking any other bike here, even if they were weeks out it. Price was reasonable and he was upfront with the cost. If your gonna be worried about nickel and dimes when it comes to your bike then your not wanting to pay for the best. These dudes know what they are doing and worth every penny they charged. Great work. Will be bringing it back every year for regular checks.

The high-performance shops would, but at a high-performance price. Finally I was introduced to Richmond Motorcycle Parts. Andy, the owner of Richmond Motorcycle Parts, truly listened to my concerns about my bike and made recommendations to fix it appropriately. Andy goes above and beyond in terms of service. On Christmas Eve my motorcycle broke down at a local gas station. Although he was within minutes of closing his shop, he came to my location, loaded the bike on his trailer, and took it to my house. I made a contribution to a charity on Andy's behalf being that he refused payment for this task. I would recommend Richmond Motorcycle shop to anyone who rides as they are trustworthy and fairly priced. Richmond Motorcycle Parts special ordered a shift lever for my bike just recently. Again, the price was within reason for the parts. For the biker with moderate mechanical ability, Richmond Motorcycle Parts has a variety of parts available for the minor maintenance that always needs to be done. If you're looking for a trustworthy motorcycle mechanic, you'll find them at Richmond Motorcycle Parts.

By Friday at noon, I already had a Buyer's Order and Delivery Confirmation in hand. They even had the bike fully prepped the same day, and I was able to pick it up the very next day. What really stood out was how smoothly everything went despite challenges on their end. The dealership had lost internet service due to a windstorm--something that would disrupt most businesses--but they still managed to process all the paperwork without any issues. Pricing was fair and straightforward, with no surprises. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent, and the staff was professional, responsive, and genuinely courteous. Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Macomb Powersports--and their new building is beautiful as well.

I'd like to give them 3 1/2 stars, but it's not an option. I'm just not sure about them. I bought…read morea 2007 Shadow Aero from them at their old location back and '09, and other than that transaction (the old "bent rim in the paperwork office to sell you a tire plan") I didn't deal with them again, as I perform most of my own maintenance. But this time I was after a utility four wheeler, and only a Honda. Ryan and Curtis in sales seem straight up, personable, and as honest as they can be. My meaning is they can only relay the info they're given. But they'd just taken a used Honda Ranger on trade and after seeing the prices everywhere, there's was competitive for the make and year. Although they got the year wrong. Not a deal breaker. But a pertinent detail. I went through the whole process of purchasing, and when it came time to load it onto the trailer, we had a hard time starting it. Even the guy working there who was putting equipment away, pulling in bikes, etc., had a hard time starting it. But it did start. We got it loaded and I assumed it was a one time fluke. Got it home, pulled it off the trailer but had to flip the kill switch a couple of times to get it started (I couldn't hear the fuel injection pump). Then I took it 300 miles north, and it wouldn't start to get off the trailer. I'm pissed. So I started to trouble shoot and unfortunately all I had was a test light. But I was able to confirm a few things were working, like the start button, starting solenoid, kill switch...etc. I found the issue. Bad battery. How'd that get missed in inspection? Yuasa GYZ16H. Ironically I bought their lifetime battery replacement program but it doesn't help when you're 300 miles away. So I used my boost box to start it daily and am now waiting to find time to head over and utilized my plan Oh. I did "text" Ryan the sales guy and he responded immediately. Steve J the sales manager left a VM also, but I was gone seven days in a remote area so didn't get it until getting around the bridge. Called and asked Amber(?) to relay the call as he was busy, but . Once the check clears........................
