Immediately they told us they could replace the baseboard. They provided us with several options. After choosing a baseboard, Santos Mechanical quickly ascertained the parts, removed the old unit, and replaced the new unit and parts. They worked efficiently, maintained a neat working environment, and completed the job with functionality and an excellent appearance. In addition to the replacement of the unit, our entire system had to be drained. After completing the replacement Santos Mechanical had to refill our entire system which has two different phases. They had to be in our entire house where they carefully moved furniture when necessary. They were very careful to cleanup as they went from room to room. They are very trustworthy and considerate of our home. The price was very reasonable and the estimate reflected the final costs of the entire repair.

She discussed it with him and he agreed to come out to help. He texted A to our timeframe that he expected to be here, and he actually came on the earlier side of that tanning frame. He fixed the problem within less than a half an hour. Receptionist was kind and friendly and very helpful as well as was the technician. They were very helpful in explaining details, what the situation was, maintenance going forward that I could do on my own, as well as general polite conversation. My situation for repairs went very well. I was very surprised and grateful. I expected it to be a rough day with no AC, and possibly none for days.
