I hate leaving this review but it's important to make sure I provide transparency with this…read morecompany. I called Grela when I was completely out of water. I was told they could come out to provide an estimate and that it was not a service, billable visit. After looking at the situation, I was told that I needed to frack my well and would also need a new pump. Because these were significant and expensive recommendations, I decided to get two additional estimates before moving forward. I'm very glad I did. What was especially frustrating was the lack of follow-up. I had to call back three times trying to figure out what the next steps were and when I could expect to have water again. I was eventually told it would most likely be a few weeks. The proposed process involved splitting up the services--having someone else come out to put water in the well $$, having Grela return to remove the pump $$, and then coming back again at a later date to frack the well $$. Ultimately, the actual problem was that my well pump had been damaged by lightning and needed to be replaced. I did not need to have the well fracked. Being completely without water is incredibly stressful, and I was highly disappointed with the overall experience, particularly the communication, proposed services, billing, and pricing. I'm very thankful that I sought additional opinions before proceeding with the recommended work. I find it completely ridiculous that I was invoiced for services that were not and never completed, so in the end I am paying for bad service.

Was yelling at me, cutting me off mid-sentence, couldn't complete one sentence without interruption. Today I am being told replace the entire unit quoted $8k. Friday I was told I needed 3 parts. What changed between Friday & Monday? I will never recommend this company to anyone. Sad part is my call today was to see if someone can come and take another look and possibly replace the 3 parts I was told I needed, after today's interaction NO THANKS

Most recently they took little interest in our somewhat small but important problem with tires for the riding mower we purchased here -- very satisfactorily -- some years back. We don't think it's just us -- a neighbor reported almost the same treatment last month. Our next mower/equipment purchased will not come from Goff.

They were speedily and available at all hours, especially when an emergency arised. They found the issue our furnace had. Overall, the service provided and the value has been great and I highly recommend them.

Looking for replacements quickly to enable us to cut down seriously overgrown acreage, we went to the dealer from whom we bought the mower, Goff. They reluctantly located two tires and said it would be 2-3 days before they could repair and get them back to us. Crazy. We then went to Ruwest. They took a genuine interest in out little problem, and suggested we go to Toce Brothers down the street where, they said, they send all of their tire work. Their suggestion was excellent, we did so, and we got our new tires all set within an hour. Good folks, in our view.
