Just awful in my opinion, predatory and userious: Be very careful of this company as they were incapable of properly diagnosing the problem with our furnace left us for days in the cold refused to order readily available parts and pressured us to buy a new system which we didn't not need or want. For over 13 years I was a loyal customer for oil delivery, annual furnace tune up, and a $5000 dollar oil tank replacement last year. Although they were always overpriced on product and services, I paid the price for the service and nearby location. In December I ordered an oil fill as i was down to 1/4 tank at which time I was told the soonest delivery would be on January 15th. As I had used 3/4 of a tank since Thanksgiving there was no way I would make it until the middle of January as we were in the middle of a cold snap below zero at night for weeks. I was told that they had many long term customers and to find an alternate source if I was concerned. I called Sisters Oil Company of Canton and they filled my tank the next business day at a price that was 67 cents per gallon below Klebe's price from my last fill. I have also heard from many other customers that Klebe's service has plunged since they were bought out by Sail Energy of which I was not aware. I would not recommend or ever use Klebe Oil again. read more

My furnace blower motor went out last weekend and I called Klebe for repairs as they were my oil supplier. What a horrible experience! They told me the blower motor was not available (my furnace is only six years old), but they would be happy to send someone out to quote me a new furnace! I sat for three days with no heat in my house, I'm out of town and my daughter alone, cold and afraId in my house. On the advice of a friend we called JP Dunn. They had a new motor installed and my system running in less than an hour. I feel like Klebe Oil is nothing more than a bunch of predators. Ple learn from my mistake. read more

we called klebe to put propane in our 1000 gallon tank and because we didnt fill it they charged 30 cents more per gallon more . its ridiculous to charge a long term customer more when I'm still using the same amount of yearly usage . they lost a customer and will not recommend read more

I was with a propane, oil and plumbing company in Batam for 26 years. Their service went from good to poor, all the while their prices went up slowly. I switched to Klebe and not only is the service stellar, but their prices are very reasonable. Their plumbers, office staff and owners really take pride in what they do. I only wish I knew about them sooner. And, if you have an emergency, they dispatch someone in a matter of hours. read more

I've been a Klebe customer for over 21 years. They have always been very good to me. I have only had great experiences with them. They are fast to fix furnace/heating problems that arise. This is one of the best companies around..I've used them since buying my house 4 years ago..and they have been terrific..had a no heat situation this past winter and they were here for me at 1am, today I had a hot water issue, and the fellow (Jason) had it fixed in no time..Not only are their prices fair and service great, they participate in the community, I've been to many local fundraiser events and always a contribution from Klebe, and they do a local charity of the month..I personally like the January one, for local animal shelters. I also like that know me by name when I call..Great local company..can't say enough! read more

They are adequate for service, pricey for oil... and their maintenance contracts aren't worth the paper they're printed on. Do NOT sign a maintenance contract with them. To put it simply, they'll bill you for things covered in the contract and they'll simply tell you it isn't covered in the contract (when it's right there in black and white). read more
