They worked fabulously for the first 8 months- we live in a Cape Cod built in the 50s with no heating devices upstairs. The bedrooms were warm and cozy in the winter, and cool in the summer. And they were so quiet! However, since installation, Ash has been flaking and ghosting me on appointments! So the background is that our mini-splits started pumping out cold air in mid-November '25. So I called for a service request, they came out, fixed it, and it only worked for a few days. I called for another service request a few weeks before Christmas, and I was told that someone would be at my house on a Friday - and no one came out, or called me to let me know they weren't. The next day I called, and they said they would come out that day [Saturday]. Their van broke down and they weren't able to come out, so Steve said he would come to my house the following day. He basically ghosted me all day until 6pm; he was out of state, and he nonchalantly replies "I was going to [come out to you] but the boiler [at my in-laws' house] had other plans for me lol." So he tells me that he would be at my house the next day, and he was and he did temporarily fix the mini-splits. He also told me that he would text me every day for a couple of weeks to make sure it was still working - and he didn't. The mini-splits broke down again. So one of his techs comes out to service it, it doesn't get fixed, and they said they "made an appointment" for April 1st. April 1st comes by, and no one has called or texted me about my service appointment. I tried to be nice and patient and give them a little time, so I wait until April 7th to text Steve, and I get ghosted again. So I call the business last week. He sounded like he understood my frustration, and said after he hung up with me, that he'll text me an appointment date. He doesn't. So I call the next day, and then he tells me we would have an appointment today on the 21st at 930 - and he doesn't show, and he ghosts me through text, and when I call the business, I get an AI voice mail instead of speaking to an actual person. So I now I have $20,000 mini splits in my house that don't work and I need to find a new HVAC company. It takes a lot for me to even leave a 1 star review, let alone a 1 star and an actual written review. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt over and over again, but since they're ignoring me, I don't really have any other choice.

I have not been looking forward to leaving this review cause its a saga. To summarize I noticed my…read moredryer was not heating properly and the dryer was fine so I bought a kit to clean the dryer duct itself. Well...needless to say that broke off in the duct. So. On memorial day lenny answered the call and drove an HOUR away to handle it. He corrected my mistake and taught along the way. Unfortunately with the job done it turned out the work we accomplished made the problem worse and I called on ole lenny again. This time armed with the right tools and teamwork we figured it out. He offered a discount and I had to refuse because his worth ethic and drive to get the job done was inspirational. I highly recommend this company and I NEVER EVER leave reviews. They helped me in my time of need and the price was straight up the price from the first phone call to the time he left. None of that bait and switch stuff. Lenny Ill see you at Thanksgiving! If you want to see the turmoil of what he had to deal with its on the gram. God bless Lenny and god bless america!!!!

Just before the New Year this past winter we had Call the Bee (a plumbing company we'd used in the…read morepast) come out for a whole house main drain clog. We received a call back right away and they sent out a technician that afternoon. He was clean, courteous & upfront about the plan to clear the clog and the companies pricing. After the snake didn't clear the clog he used a camera and then a water jet to clear our line. Unfortunately the problem returned very shortly after and having lost faith that Call The Bee was able to fix our problem we called another local company. They came out same day, cleared the line and charged approximately the same price. Feeling like we shouldn't have had to have another technician out so soon and incur another charge, we reached out to Call The Bee and spoke with them. Yes, we should have given them a chance to fix the problem instead of calling another company but as I stated, we'd lost faith in them. But, we , I, was wrong. They (Call The Bee) were more than responsive to our problem. Took the time to hear us and wanted the invoice from the second company we called. Lo and behold one week later a check for the ENTIRE amount of our second plumber (slightly over $1,000) was sent to us. Call the Bee truly did all they could to rectify the situation and leave us as satisfied customers.

I believe that this company practices up charging for people they view as needing to make a quick decision because of a leaking situation. They also upsell their " credit card " financing deal. I hired Total Mechanical Systems for a full HVAC installation and paid a $15,000 deposit based on…read morethe assurance that the job would be completed in one day. Instead, what followed was one of the most disorganized and frustrating service experiences I've ever had. The installation was not completed as promised, and I later learned that it had never actually been finished--despite no one informing me. When I returned home and turned on the system, it immediately overheated and shut down. There were clear signs of installation issues, including loud hissing from a connection and unsealed holes in the exterior walls. From that point forward, I had to repeatedly chase the company just to receive basic service. On multiple occasions, I was told I wasn't even on the schedule. There was no proactive communication, no coordination, and no clear ownership of the problem. Over the course of several weeks, I had: 10 separate service visits 8 different technicians Multiple failed attempts to diagnose and fix the issue One installer admitted he had never worked on this type of system before. Another later explained that the refrigerant had been improperly handled during installation, requiring the system to be reset entirely. In addition to the technical failures, the condition of my home after installation was unacceptable. Dog waste was tracked inside and left there, materials were scattered without explanation, and parts of the work were left visibly unfinished. Most concerning, a technician entered my home without permission while I was away and left an exterior door wide open. Even after escalating the issue to management, resolution was slow and required constant follow-up on my part. I effectively had to manage the entire process myself. After investing nearly $28,000 in this system, I was left with weeks of disruption, uncertainty about the system's reliability, and a level of service that fell far below any reasonable expectation. This experience reflects serious issues with quality control, communication, and accountability.
