I've lost almost half of my soft palate and she wanted me to believe that I was flagged at the pharmacy too. I asked my pharmacist and they said no absolutely not flagged. She just didn't want to prescribe me any decent medicine. She gave me some homeopathic rinse to add insult to injury she would not see me back when I knew something was seriously wrong. Dr. Black let this be a lesson to LISTEN and TRUST patients who are living through the stuff you can't see. I also had to have my sinus cavity sewed up because it was open and mouthwash and drinks were coming out of my nose. 10/10 do not recommend her or this office who Screened my calls until I called with a *67. I was referred to Doctor Matthew Davis for a tooth extraction, as this was my best option to solve my tooth issue. When I called the office, Danielle answered and was able to get me in the same day. I remember Danielle's name for the kindness and helpfulness she provided me during my call, especially knowing she scheduled me for the day of my call, and therefore I knew my pain would finally be gone. Simone (sp?) was Dr. Davis assistant. Simone was personable and knowledgeable which puts you at ease. We went in thinking we would only get a consultation and to our surprise they looked at the tooth, took an extra, explained in detail what was going on in my daughter's mouth and set her up to have that painful tooth extracted that day. I think the whole ordeal last less then 3 hours from our time there to the time we left. I loved how detailed their explanation was. The doctor was excellent and so was the dental hygienist that worked with him...she was excellent. I would love to go back to them to get the rest of her wisdom teeth extracted but the new dentist wouldn't give us a referral.

She recently fitted me for an overnight night guard and was able to achieve a perfect fit without the use of impressions using a digital scan. While Dr. Chen provides top quality care and is able to provide an extensive array of services, she always puts the patient first and doesn't pressure patients into purchasing unnecessary treatments simply to boost her bottom line. Of all of the practitioners I have visited since the pandemic started, Dr. Chen has been one of the best on COVID safety.
