I drove nearly two hours in snowy weather and arrived on time, only to be told my appointment no longer existed that day. When I calmly showed proof and tried to explain, the staff's response was eye-rolling, visible impatience, and zero effort to help resolve an error that was not mine. I was left feeling dismissed, unwelcome, and frankly uncomfortable. I can't say why I was treated that way, but it's hard not to wonder whether appearance or background played a role when basic courtesy and professionalism disappear so quickly. When I asked for their names to document the incident, they refused and told me to leave. I was referred to Doctor Matthew Davis for a tooth extraction, as this was my best option to solve my tooth issue. When I called the office, Danielle answered and was able to get me in the same day. I remember Danielle's name for the kindness and helpfulness she provided me during my call, especially knowing she scheduled me for the day of my call, and therefore I knew my pain would finally be gone. Simone (sp?) was Dr. Davis assistant. Simone was personable and knowledgeable which puts you at ease. When Dr. Davis entered the room, likewise Dr. Davis was personable, knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job of educating me on my procedure. Numbing process was perfect as did not feel a thing during the numbing, and most importantly did not feel any pain during my tooth extraction. Watching and observing how Dr. Davis and his assistants work together was such a perfect display of teamwork. We went in thinking we would only get a consultation and to our surprise they looked at the tooth, took an extra, explained in detail what was going on in my daughter's mouth and set her up to have that painful tooth extracted that day. I think the whole ordeal last less then 3 hours from our time there to the time we left. I loved how detailed their explanation was. The doctor was excellent and so was the dental hygienist that worked with him...she was excellent. I would love to go back to them to get the rest of her wisdom teeth extracted but the new dentist wouldn't give us a referral.

Dr. Chen is not only a technically skilled dentist, but is also very friendly and professional. She recently fitted me for an overnight night guard and was able to achieve a perfect fit without the use of impressions using a digital scan. While Dr. Chen provides top quality care and is able to provide an extensive array of services, she always puts the patient first and doesn't pressure patients into purchasing unnecessary treatments simply to boost her bottom line. Of all of the practitioners I have visited since the pandemic started, Dr. Chen has been one of the best on COVID safety.
