His staff are all wonderful, extremely helpful, and exude an air of positivity. If I could give more stars, I would.

As a few others said, I'd avoid making appointments with my previous dentist after the primary guy I'd had for years retired ... just wasn't inspired to go. I was blessed genetically with good teeth, & took care of them, so I could procrastinate for a loooonggg time ... until I really HAD to find a new place. Started going in early 2023 when I felt a decades-old filling starting to deteriorate. Had Tanya as hygienist and Nick Catton DDS, & his assistant. Got cleaned up and fixed up in two appointments. Every person at the Carmel office is truly great to see. And now I WANT to go to the dentist, and am maxing out as much as insurance allows -- a visit every six months. The location, equipment and convenience is outstanding (right near the Palladium but with their own plentiful parking). There is nothing negative about this place. They see every member of my family, nearly every one of my friends, and a ton of other people who've thanked me for the recommendation. If you want a seriously nice dentist who will actually truly care about your dental health, you'll find it here. If you want staff who will really get to know you versus just making you feel guilty about flossing daily, you'll find it here (Brenda even demo'ed how I could help my autistic/sensory son to brush closer to his gum line without him freaking out). The front desk staff are very friendly. The hygienist that I had was the nicest hygienist I've ever had. She was so friendly and explained a lot of things to me about dentistry and good dental hygiene that I did not know. Dr. Hiple is also very nice and friendly. He didn't act rushed when he came in to see me and sat and talked with me for several minutes. I had to get some fillings as well and my regular cleaning visit so I have been twice now. The staff was really great and eased my anxiety during my filling appointment as well.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating! DR. Mullally is a very professional dentist and does a great job talking to patients about their teeth and what specific dental care needs they have to do to make sure they have healthy teeth. He is a straight shooter which I like because he is honest and wants to be sure my teeth are healthy. He walks through what he is doing to your teeth and makes sure you are comfortable and understand what he is going to do. Can't eat a sandwich without cutting it into small pieces. I can't eat anything hard due to the teeth not hitting hardly at all on the left side of my mouth. When I went back he was every rude I was trying to explain the teeth didn't meet and line up with my upper teeth I didn't even get to tell him what the problem was and he started yelling at me and told me he would allow me to use the temporary denture until I could find another dentist to make a permanent denture. I have had bad experiences with dentist in the past. But this was by far the worst ever. I would not recommend him to anyone.

They refused to fix it. One of my family members recommended Advanced Family Dentistry. Not only was I told they were warm and courteous, but they also had late afternoon appointments available. I changed dentists post-haste. Dr. Arazi, Dr. Taler, and the employees who work at Advanced Family Dentistry are all consummate professionals. Their customer service is outstanding, and they seem to be extremely knowledgeable of their craft. Certainly, the plethora of certificates on the walls speak to this.
