That other company looked to take advantage of that and quoted my father a price of $10,000 to replace it. First off, the price was a FRACTION of what the first company quoted, but more than that David really took in a genuine interest in discussing all the options with my father so that my father was comfortable knowing he was getting exactly what he wanted. Due to Covid, supply was interrupted so the new window couldn't be installed when initially scheduled.
