I called Mor Glass with a small, odd request: I needed the glass in a picture frame replaced with plexiglass. After a plastics company told me that I'd have to buy an eight foot piece of plexiglass, pay extra to have them cut it, and wait four days, I called Mor Glass. Someone kind and informative picked up the phone right away, told me they could do the job and explained how to get to their location. Once I got there, a young man took the picture frame, removed the glued-in glass, replaced it with plexiglass cut to size----and insisted on doing this all without charge. I went into Lowe's looking to purchase a new mirrored panel for a sliding closet door that was cracked. I wasn't able to buy just one panel, I would have had to buy an entirely new door which would have been costly. The sales person at Lowe's referred me to Mor Glass. I immediately called Mor Glass and the owner came right over to my home that evening. I had a new mirrored panel in less then a week and the price was very good. I had another issue with a glass shower door that was installed wrong by another company (no longer in business) and Mor Glass once again cane to the rescue and fixed everything perfectly. Our sliding glass door was broken by flying rocks from a lawnmower. We called the local Pella repair/installation company first and then another local glass repair company. Neither called us back. We called Mor Glass who called us back immediately and scheduled a date/time to look at it. Something I really appreciate is when a tradesman shows up when they say they're going to, does the work for the price quoted and cleans up after themselves before they leave. Misrael did all these things and then some! There was not one piece of broken glass left and the wood trim looked as if it had never been removed and replaced. My 50 year old house had one small broken sliding window pane that we wanted fixed before the colder weather. I was able to remove the window sash and brought to Mor glass. I was amazed how quickly we were taken care of. When I picked up my window it was perfect, better than new! I was impressed by how courteous the technicians were on the phone as well as in person. This was a small job, but they treated me like I was a big customer. I have a large fixed upper window in our living room with cathedral ceilings. Really upsetting experience, totally unprofessional and even more unethical businesses practices from the owner Misael. I was even threatened not to write a review or 'something might happen to me' A simple window repair turned into a roller coaster with many other issues coming up because of it. The work was shoddy at best and his a member of his team acted very inappropriately towards my wife making it very uncomfortable. I would never allow them in my home again. The work is still incomplete, I was charged for the entire amount of an unfinished job and now I'm getting estimates to clean up the mess he created. Look elsewhere. read more

We had a large second story double pane architectural window that had cracked and extensive moisture damage affected the entire window. Mor Glass was very responsive and was onsite within two days to measure and view the repair. We were advised it may take up to two weeks to get the correct replacement window, however were contacted the next week and the repair was scheduled and completed. Angel did a beautiful job and sent us photos of the completed work as well. The Mor Glass team comes highly recommended from local builders and we were more than pleased with the service and the cost. read more

I called Mor Glass when my grandson accidentally broke the glass in my front door. They were very professional. He gave me several cost options and even answered my text questions after work hours. He came on time for the job, did a great job, and cleaned up when he was done. While he was here, I remembered that I had a small broken pane of glass in a garage door and he fixed that on the spot with some glass he had on the truck. He's a very nice guy.
