I loved how easy it was to customize and purchase a card. You could upload custom imagery and have…read moreit printed on a card, and have the card front saying different things - Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, Happy Birthday - whatever... I even found a code to wave the purchasing fees... Now, the part that I absolutely HATED... Activating the cards was a pain in the rear end. I called the automated number and punched in the card numbers just fine, but since I had multiple cards when it came time for the automated system to ask me to PRESS _ to enter another card, the system errored out and wouldnt allow me to choose that as an option. I tried at least 3 times to do it this way. So, as a work-around, I just hung up the phone for each card and called back for activating each one... Apparently this was a BAD thing to do... I guess they flagged my number as spam or something after the 10th call-in because when I call now to activate a card all I get is "We're sorry but the number you're calling from can not be serviced at this time. Goodbye." and just hangs up on me. I called customer service at another number and the foreign lady tells me, we're sorry that you're having this issue 40 times, and tells me, well you can also activate them on the website... yeah, like I didn't hear your phone system tell me that 10x already... TRIED IT!!! Guess what happened??!!! It errored out too... I punch in the card number, the expiration, and the security code... It then wants me to do a captcha window, which I perform (and yes, I did it correctly - I'm not a moron) and surprise surprise -- "A system error has occurred. Please try again later." every damn time. Tried it a handful of times on THREE DIFFERENT BROWSERS... All failed to proceed with activation. Definitely will NOT be using this company again. I have audio recording of the system blocking my number, and screenshots of the website erroring out for no reason.

But when I bought my gift cards, there were issues viewing the cards and it kept giving me an error message. I called the company but they were no help. They tried resending through email that still gave me the same error message. So I asked for a refund and they were unwilling to help. So now I had a file a claim through my bank to hopefully get my money back. Do not get gift cards from this place at all.

The owner was super nice and helpful. Her assistant is a high school girl and we weren't too impressed with her. I didn't feel like there was enough help for the amount of people we had. There were about 14 of us and we all had different types of projects. Mine had three different levels of paint and got messed up. The assistant tried to help but she ended up painting on it while it was still wet and made it worse. I was the last one to leave at 9:00 (arrived at 5:00) because the owner was trying to help me fix it. It doesn't look great at all. Maybe they should have had one more person there to assist. I felt abandoned after awhile and left to figure it out by myself. Again, the owner was super sweet and tried to help as much as she could. I wish I had known in advance that my project would take longer and need more work than the others. Maybe that could be added to the website, difficulty level??

They were able to look in my order history and locate it as well as help me grab a few sheets of it. When I had questions on how to order a gang sheet they sat with me and showed me step by step. They are competitive in pricing for their items and carry such a large array of vinyl and other crafting supplies! The staff are wonderful. I love that I can go in and shop and not have someone try to upsell me every second but at the same time they are more than willing to make suggestions and help you problem solve any issue you may be having. 10/10 recommend!
